There was a bit of a language barrier that complicated check-in. When we got to the room, we were pleased with it. It was a handicap accessible room, so the bathroom was very spacious and a shower chair was provided. There were no hours posted for the free hot breakfast. We went down at 9:20 only to find out it had ended at 9 am. The second morning we went down and had their hot breakfast. It offered scrambled eggs and sausage. A toaster was provided to make white or wheat toast. There were 2 waffle making stations and a choice of regular or blueberry waffle batter. There were several choices of continental style fare. If it had been listed as a continental breakfast, it would have been beyond expectations. As a hot breakfast, it was only fair.Rooms: The room was handicap accessible, but there was limited space to move around in the room itself. The bathroom was spacious and a shower chair was provided. The detachable shower handle was so high that it could not be reached without standing up tall and stretching, so that could use a tweak. Overall, the room was good.

The room reeked of cigarettes, instead if switching rooms they brought an "air purifier" that only kind of worked and was super noisy. There were cigarette burns in the blanket and blood spots on the curtain. The soaking tub would have been nice if it wasn't disgusting. I wouldn't have taken a bath in it if you paid me.At least there wasn't bed bugs and beds were comfortable enough.I will never choose it unless it's the absolute last option.

Housekeeping will barge in without knocking. I’m not sure why, since the cleaning that is done is less than minimal. The room smelled bad and the bathroom was disgusting. In addition, there was no problem hearing absolutely everything that was going on through the thin walls.I very rarely post negative reviews, but this one was definitely earned

…As lazy as it gets. Have a little pride in your property. Parking lot is deteriorating. Nothing works. Management doesn’t care. If money is tight, do yourself a favor - spend an extra $10 or $20 and stay somewhere else.

Literal worst hotel for the money. Elevator doesn’t work, it’s broken. Laundry is also broken? Went to buy snacks, cash only. No problem I have $100 or $1. Can’t make change. No screen in the windows. Bathroom smelled like vomit. Oh and some random employee wandered into my room. Cool.

This place is an embarrassment to the Comfort chain. We were in town for a corporate event, and a block of rooms was booked. We were first greeted by the front door of the hotel being non functional. They were sliding doors that you had to pull apart yourself.Entering the common areas, there was NO heat. The clerk at the desk was in a puffy parka. He also didn’t speak English very well, only a few words. As we continued on our way to the elevator, we noticed there was a great quantity of salt and ice melt on the floors. The elevator was slow and we noted a great amount of disrepair to the walls and hallways with damage, holes, and peeling Cove bases and several different colors of mismatched paint in a feeble attempt to over paint damage. We got up to the third floor and exited the elevator only to find that there wasn't very much heat in the hallway either. I entered the room and was surprised to find that the water in the bathroom was running and the heat was set high. Apparently, they believed they should have the water running in the room to make sure that it didn't freeze. I was also surprised to see that the nightstand drawer was halfway open, which made me immediately suspect that there may have been already someone assigned to this room. I checked around, and there was nothing in the drawer of personal effects . I closed it, and I noticed that there was a piece of tape on it, which I thought was strange. I went back to the restroom and found the toilet was so low to the ground that only a kindergarten student could fully appreciate a toilet of this height. The lighting was terrible in the bathroom. As I had to prepare for the evening events, it made it very difficult to get dressed and put on makeup, and adjust hair with it being so dim in the bathroom. Going out into the room wasn't any better. I attempted to turn on the light that was on the nightstand only to find that it was not very bright, and apparently through its lifetime, it had been thrown several times because I noticed the shade was not sitting correctly on it but when I touched it the entire lamp was loose. The other lights that were in the room also did not provide much light either.I also noticed that there was tape holding the door to the cabinet for the refrigerator closed.Damage to the walls was also present, and there were stains on th mattress cover, indicating that they were not regularly changed. The next morning, we packed up, and my husband went down, and there was NO hot food for breakfast offered. Cold cereal and bagels.AsI walked through the room, i noticed that the drawers to the dresser continually opened as they also needed tape they didn't have to prevent them from damaging my legs.I went downstairs carrying suits, coats, and a gown as there were no luggage carts offered. There were salt and tracks EVERYWHERE. No attempts were made to clean the floors or carpet all the way to the 3rd floor. There also was no visible staff anywhere that morning at the desk or breakfast area.I have been assigned to third world countries where the hotels weren't this bad.

It's just ok. The hotel could use a serious renovation. The price was good as the Marriott we normally stay in was booked. The beds were clean, just an older hotel.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The service was great! The pool was warm and great for a swim! The breakfast was good (toast, waffles, cereal, muffins, eggs, and sausage) coffee and hot water to make tea or hot chocolate which is great for not coffee drinkers like me and my mom. The price is cheap and close to where we needed to go.

Do not recommend! If "zero stars" were a choice, that is what it would get! Dirty Dirty Dirty! Awful! Bad beds, dirty floors, black mold in the bathroom -- oh, there was an extra bed pillow in the room; however, you could tell it was not Left On The Floor, kind of by the bed, on purpose -- there was garbage on the floor when we walked into our room -- There was Nothing Good. The "desk help" was no help -- barely spoke English, or they didn't want to! -- refused to give us a receipt for the room! We Thought the location was good and the building outside looked okay -- but the inside is the Worst! Will Never make the mistake of staying here again!

I’m having a difficult time selecting a rating. This is a mom and pop size Comfort Suites maybe 50 rooms between 3 floors if I were to guess. For that reason is why I don’t really want to knock their score. Most everything was as it should be but there was one major dealbreaker for me. I checked in and then parked in the back to come in that door. Yes (as someone else mentioned in a review) at first there is an immediate odor in the area by the elevator and restrooms. You get a slight smell of sewage as if they had a problem recently. I did notice they are trying to correct that problem with fresheners and such. It was isolated to just that one area. But for me my dealbreaker was the comfort of my bed. I literally was exhausted after driving from Michigan. So it wouldn’t have taken much for me to sleep but my bed was terribly uncomfortable and one other small thing I felt was a hazard was a timer in the bathroom for the lights. The timer went off while I was in the bath (after maybe 20-30 minutes) so I had to navigate to the timer in a dark room while wet on tile flooring to turn it back on. The bathroom is slightly larger then in most motels. The rooms are almost soundproof so that was a nice feature. So I guess if you are the type person that can sleep on a rock you should be just fine. But with that being said I asked two other men that were packing their suv to leave if their bed was comfortable and they said they were alright. So it could have just been my bed. Rm 306 ….Comfort Suites is usually the motel I pick the most often for that very reason because the beds are usually very comfortable and if I am paying for a room that is what I want most next to cleanliness. My room had one king bed and was $160 plus tax so around $183. i was let down by the comfort of my bed but otherwise the motel was clean and such. I don’t usually write reviews but since I am awake and needed to go down to my van and get two Tylenol for my back I decided to write one while they kick in. I really needed more sleep because I am a pet transporter and starting another trip today. So for that reason I was let down some. Oh well live and learn.Food & drinks: Plenty of food around. At 11:30 pm was able to get food from Iron Horse bar and grill directly across using door dash on the opposite side of highway. The food was incredibly good.

Room was awful! Smells like sewage every so often. We were in room 204. Tub faucet was broken and coming off the wall, carpet was filthy, toilet was covered in piss. room smelled like sewage. Will NOT go back! Charged WAY to much for each night! Never again! Don’t take a blacklight to the bathrooms. You will be horrified!
