Constantly send messages that prescriptions are ready and you go to pick them up and they aren't. When you tell them you have messages saying today is the last day to pick them up you get attitude and the comment " Well they aren't ready" They say they contact the doctor for refills but the doctors have no record. They mess up the insrance papers. Total mess of a pharmacy.

They need to hire more workers, service here is always slow. Especially the pharmacy drive thru, lines are always backed up creating chaos! The inside looks like a mess and unorganized. Staff never looks busy or wanting to help anyone.

CVS customer service SUCKS!!!! You can not call and talk to a human being, you get tangled up in their automated system! I was on there for over five minutes trying to talk to someone and their freaking system hung up on me while I was holding!!!! It took another five-plus minutes to actually talk to someone, who was not in the area I needed and of course they couldn't help me and offered ANOTHER phone number to call!!!! They have HORRIBLE customer assistance, especially for people who are already stressed because they are sick and they are just looking for the answer to a simple question!!!!!!!! HIRE REAL PEOPLE TO ANSWER THE FREAK'N PHONES AND GET CUSTOMERS THE ASSISTANCE THEY NEED!!!!AND MAKE IT SOMEWHERE IN AMERICA SO CUSTOMERS CAN UNDERSTAND THE PEOPLE THEY ARE TALKING TO!!! AND TRAIN THEM IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
