You should come and look around, this is a multi-building space that has amazing items for cooks, drinkers, and shoppers.
They can be a bit pricy on some items and so amazingly reasonable on others , best Olive selections for martini makers, dishes for fiesta fanatics, and so much more , dips, soups, mixes and more it's a lovely stop. And a long standing local business.

If the gals want to spend a pleasurable 2-3 hours in the country, I recommend visiting Cockrell Mercantile. Conveniently located off Hwy. 50 in Lees Summit MO, it offers a broad collection of “anything kitchen”. In this, I include lots of unique items to prompt cooking and baking creativity. In the nooks and crannies in the store, shelves are lined with unique toppings (caramel bourbon, pecan caramel), flavored pancake mixes and various syrups, fondues, dips and other goodies. A large selection of cast iron skillets, several brands of cookware and dishes is displayed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s a nice way to spend an afternoon. And I guarantee you’ll come out with a few things too.

Please search this place out and visit! It is so worth the trip! Close to Lee's Summit and KC and only about 25 minutes from Warrensburg... An amazing store focused on cooking and baking, a Fiestaware store, a cute boutique cottage, and The Mercantile... So much to see and the selection and quality are top notch! Great local items in The Mercantile and the staff is just fantastic! A true hidden gem just off of Hwy 50, easy to find but not a lot of signs.

Absolutely unique spot for kitchen goodies. They have every piece of Fiesta ware you could ever want. Lots of yummy specialty food and spice mixtures, too. Well worth finding just off Highway 50 between Lee's Summit and Lone Jack.

What a fun little gem!! The ladies in the store were so helpful AND giving out samples of coffee and chocolates...don't forget to walk to the little "boutique" behind the mercantile!! TONS of dressings, marinades and rubs...but also alot of kitchen gadgets, and whimsical things to decorate with, in the mercantile. The boutique has clothing, jewelry, candles and again, some decorative things.
