I joined last month with the 4 class package. I'm other words, 4 classes a month. I've been wanting to try out reformer Pilates for awhile and finally decided to do it. So far I'm enjoying it. Almost all of the classes I have attended have been taught by Kelsey. She's easy going, funny and makes any concerns you have disappear. The class size is small but that's because of the Pilates equipment. A plus for me is the class being made up of all ages and body sizes. Only downside is the cost which was one of the reasons I was dragging my feet. However in order for someone to become a Pilates instructor, he/she must go through hours of training. I believe it's 500 hours of training. I'm paying $89/mo for the 4 classes. Highly recommended you try out their 30 min introductory class for free. Tip - buy your grip socks at amazon, Walmart or target because they will be cheaper than buying them at the studio.
