“On March 4, 2025, I went to Old Navy in Lee Summit,MO.
Omg, Holly, customer service skills was off the change. She was so polite and very professional. We were talking and she made suggestions on things that I had purchased for my grandchildren. I was so impressed that I told her that I don't see this kind of customer services in young people like her.
I couldn't help myself, I really like her.
I even told her manager that she's was the best. When you have this skills dealing with the public is a plus.
This young lady will go far.
Her skills were natural.
I give her a 20 out of 10.

“I left this store with the biggest smile on my face. From the time my family and I walked in until the time we left, the two ladies working made us feel like family. We laughed and talked like we knew one another for years and they made our first time at carters one to remember. Our toddler was with us & they were so kind & full of smiles.
