“I left this store with the biggest smile on my face. From the time my family and I walked in until the time we left, the two ladies working made us feel like family. We laughed and talked like we knew one another for years and they made our first time at carters one to remember. Our toddler was with us & they were so kind & full of smiles. THIS was the definition of customer service. We will definitely be going back!”
“Initially I felt uncomfortable because an employee looked at me and walked right by me without even greeting me upon entering the store. However, I found a few items to try on and the woman attending to the fitting rooms was very pleasant. The ladies up front were very polite as well. They allowed me to bring in my skort so I could find a top for it. I ended up buying a top to match ? there was a good selection of items to choose from and I’ll be back again.”
“This store looks expensive but it's not they have quality clothes you just have to have a H&M personality so don't be scared go shop look and feel amazing .”
“The staff were nice and friendly. I called ahead to be sure I could bring in items to sell and I love that someone answered the phone right away. I hate calling a place and the phone just rings and rings with no answer. They were backed up with reviewing items but they informed me of that on the phone and other customers who called as well ?? The store had lots of options for clothing and toys and I’ll definitely be back to shop again. I ended up buying a swim suit for my son this time but I plan to go back and buy dress up costumes for my kids to play.”
