I went into the bank today to do a money transfer in any way that I could they said they couldn’t , not even through Zelle, or from chase to Wells Fargo for the amount I tried. They said they couldn’t do it because Wells Fargo isn’t in their system? Not even if I had an account and routing number? I have never had issues sending money from one bank to another, in my life. I think they thought it was fraud? Which it isn’t. They didn’t even open my chase account to look and verify me in anyway, I then spoke to a man named Michael and he was very nice but once again I got the same answer. I’m trying to call and they won’t answer their phone. It’s not that busy today. I just feel like they don’t want to deal with me, they all just want to go home at 5pm today. I’ll be leaving Chase because of this and going back to Wells Fargo. Thank you. ALSO! I was able to go to the branch on NW Pryor Rd and they were able to help me no issues or problems! Hm. I wonder if I was being discriminated against. I’ll have to look into that.

Worse customer service ever. Any "help" rendered appeared to offend the staff. They are stressed if you don't use the ATM or need to report a fraud. They are quick to point out at ALL banking can be done online. Lost me as a customer.

I have had nothing but great customer service atthe location on 291 hwy Lee's Summit and the one in Blue Springs, friendly, helpful, quick to help, good vibes... I thank you ?

Met with Jordan and he helped me sign up for a new credit card. It was an easy process and he made sure to address all of my questions.

The manager named Golden tried to fight me outside of the bank because I decided to close my checking accounts and withdraw my funds. The police were called and Mr. Gouldie was separated during the incident after showing aggression towards me in his response to closing MY account. Later Mr. Golden maliciously attacked me by closing all my personal and business credit cards. A formal complaint has been filed.
