Carstar was very easy to work with. Esther kept great communication. I even got prompt responses when she was out from anyone covering for her. Drop off was easy as well as pick up. And they washed my car and wiped down the inside. That just really made my day. Edit: I forgot they also cleaned the inside of my windows which were getting mucky. ❤️

Absolutely satisfied. It’s annoying to be without a car anytime but I got constant updates and the drop off/pick up process was seamless! Devin and the team took great care of me. My car is back on the road, feeling like nothing happened AND in less time than they originally allotted for. 10/10 experience, thanks y’all.

My mom’s C300 was rear ended when she arrived at the shop she was asked to order the parts as they would arrive faster. When she picked up the car over a month later the paint did not match and the trim was not on correctly and when she brought it up to the staff they were rude and tried to make her feel like she was wrong. There is no way that I would ever bring my car back to this place!

I recently took my audi A7 to Carstar. From day one I was in contact with them they were absolutely wonderful!! From the nice young lady answering the phone to schedule the estimate , to the drop off for estimate and scheduling repair to pick up of completed car!!! Every person I came into contact with was so very nice and accommodating!! My car is my baby and they did a fabulous job making her look like new!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone !!

I realize this was a small repair but my car was in and out in 4 days they communicated with me the entire way through the process and went above and beyond my honestly high expectations. I don’t usually leave reviews but I was impressed. I even got to drop off my rental to them instead of having to go to enterprise and get a ride over. Not to mention they cleaned and detailed my car.

Sisters boyfriend was getting work done on his truck. Edith called to threaten to tow his vehicle because there was not enough space on the lot. She was rude and very unprofessional. Please use a different service.

Had my truck inspected to receive a quote for body repairs, and then Edith threatened to tow my vehicle if I didn't pick it up the following evening. Rude, disrespectful, and very uninformational.
