Christian Cooper was such a huge help with buying my new vehicle! I was able to tell him everything I was wanting in a vehicle, including my price range and he made it happen! Wonderful place to buy a car.Our salesman Kris Parnell was amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful and wasn’t pushy at all, he listened to our needs and helped us get into the perfect car for us. I couldn’t have had a more perfect car buying experience.

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I took my car in here. I immediately got a call from a sales person trying to sell me a new car. I told them I'd like to get my car fixed. I then received a text from the repair shop saying that it would be $650 just to inspect the vehicle and it might be easier if I just buy a new car from them. I've been fighting with them for the last three weeks just to justify a inspection 4x any other shop. Their customer service is a call center that will not provide contacts to upper management or anyone liable to answer for this behavior. The whole operation is a scam to get you to buy a car from them.

Edit 9/21/23 A manager called me today and hand delivered a gift bag with some wonderful gifts and my $50 gift card. I really appreciate when businesses respect their customers. This act of kindness was very appreciated. They made everything right, and I am very pleased.Revision. RUN! This company lies. They were supposed to give us a $50 gift card with a test drive, and we ended up purchasing a car. 4 months later, after 10 calls, I spoke to Adrian, who gave me a number that didn't work and left me on hold for over 20 minutes when I called. Spoke with Christina, who never called back, spoke with Tyler, who hung up on me instead of transfering me, and still no gift card. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and their response was I did get the gift card and used it, and I am trying to fraudulently get more. Sounds like they are trying to tarnish my reputation, and I will take legal action if this matter isn't resolved quickly and respectfully. Caleb sold us the car, and he should have sent the gift card, but he said it wasn't his job. We will never do business with this company again!

Do not go here! You have been warned. Don't don't don't and don't again, take your car here. Don't even get an oil changed. Why you asked...I'll tell you why, they can't do that right. Every car has specs...how do you over fill a car with oil...HOW! and so are the rude people that work there.

Unfortunately, I didn't have good experience here. I visited this dealership last month to buy a Kia Forte. The sales manger named "Timothy" said I will need a co-applicant as it's my first car and Kia finance is very strict. I am an engineer having credit score of 750+, can't I afford to buy a $23,000 car? They couldn't even provide me a rough estimation. I visited Bob sight Kia, and the lady was very sweet, I got the quotation there.I ended up buying a new Hyundai Elantra SEL 2023, that too "without the need of any co-applicant" and at just 3.29% APR on 48 months financing.I have one question for this dealership. As far as I know, Hyundai and Kia both have same parent brand. So, how is that possible that Kia finance is very strict and Hyundai motor finance is not strict?Would appreciate it if you can answer.Note for customers: Please prefer Bob Sight Kia, if you want to buy a Kia car. At least you can expect better people and better treatment.

Jeff Cox worked with me for weeks to help get me the best possible rate for the best possible car! He was patient, understanding, welcoming, and an absolute support! (The wait time was for personal reasons, not a normal wait time I’m sure!)No communication issues at all! He was constantly on the lookout for cars for me to test drive, and we were able to figure out which cars I liked, which cars I did not, and the pros and cons of both.Will happily work with him again!There may be some people complaining on here about the wait for financing, however, I found that when I waited, they were fighting for me for the best possible rate, and that rate ended up being lower than I thought!

AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU ARE A YOUNG FEMALE!! I have a Kia Rio that has the issue with it that makes it easy to steal. Kia sent me a manufacturer recall in the mail so I visited the dealer on Colbern Road to get it fixed. Kyle Perdue was the guy at the desk that helped me- and was a complete j**** Dropping my car off was fine, he was annoyed that I was there so I tried to get out and leave. When I dropped it off, I let him know that my name was spelled wrong on the paperwork- which he told me he would fix so I left and let them do their work. They sent me a video of the technician explaining all of these things that are wrong with my car (that I had actually just gotten replaced by another car shop) so I ignored it. When I went in to pick up my car, they ignored me for about 15 minutes while they all sat there at their desks switching from their computers to their phones. Then Kyle gave me the final paperwork for my car and I was just waiting to leave. Then, THEY PULL UP THE WRONG CAR and the tech asks Kyle if I have the red car, and he says no she has a white one. 15 more minutes of them searching for my car and they pull it up. I am literally watching it sit there, and I watched the technician get out and go up to a different service guy. I walk up to Kyle and ask him if the tech put my keys over with the other guy. By this time the tech has walked away, and Kyle is looking for my keys. They can't find them. He spends another 10 minutes looking for my keys, then goes "oh s*** they're in the car" and I am fuming so I stay quiet and drive away. I get home and realized my name is spelled wrong on the paperwork, my address is incorrect, and my mileage is wrong as well. Oh and the VIN number on the paperwork isn't mine. So I went back up there and had this really nice lady fix it. Bottom line, if you're a female looking to get her car fixed, go to Oades Brothers off of Douglas. They treat you like a human- it's amazing!

2 out of 5 stars. The buying experience was fairly easy. Getting financing has been drawn out for over 1 month and their detailing department speaks for itself. This was the day we took the car home, just after it had been “detailed”. Not a very good job. Countless people walking around inside the dealership but only 1 or 2 would ask “have you been helped?” Did not have but 2 or 3 customers in there either. I was also promised a full tank of gas after purchasing.. never fulfilled either.

ABSOLUTE WORST DEALER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! Returned my vehicle to me full of MOLD and BROKEN GLASS. Didn’t care to mention it. Made every effort to conceal it so I wouldn’t start a scene at the dealership. Not to mention, I caught them trying to overcharge me $500 on my repair order, which they removed quickly after I said something. Cut my hand up trying to steam clean my car on the abundance of broken glass left inside of my vehicle. If you own a KIA GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! When I called to voice my concerns, the interim service advisor Kyle Perdue had nothing but smart remarks to make to try to piss me off and offered absolutely zero assistance and tried to place blame on the customer.Bottom of the barrel customer service and service experience. And to think I was planning to buy a vehicle from here.

I bought my original car from this location back in 2017 and they made the process smooth and easy. This time Gabe and Charlie really made that a standard. They were nothing but kind and helpful and worked miracles for me and my boyfriend! We are happy with our new car and highly recommend this location!
