Great clothes worn miss me jeans for years but thru get baggy . Brooklyn talked me and my friend into kan can brand I’m obsessed with this brand of jeans and shorts. She went above and beyond helping us ordering things for us that weren’t in stock in our smaller sizes . She’s so sweet great service . Thank you Brooklyn Cathy and ronette thinks your the best

What a complete joke!!! I went shopping for a birthday outfit on a Thursday ? Brought home what I bought to try on with my jeans I bought else where. Wasn’t feeling the complete outfit together. My mom went to return my boots and shirt on Saturday morning just 2 days later! I had the receipt, I had the tag for the shirt (not attached) the boots still had the tag and weren’t worn but weren’t in the box and they wouldn’t return and give my money back. Will not be shopping there ever again!

Staff was very friendly and super helpful! I had an online pick up and a staff member was quick to help me and made sure I had all my items! A quick exchange and I was out the door!

Let me begin by saying I do not go shopping often at all. And I haven’t shopped at a buckle in at least 10 years. I need a new outfit for a date and the staff at this store wanted to make sure I not only looked good but felt good too. I didn’t feel like a customer. I felt more like a friend of the staff. They genuinely wanted to make sure that if nothing else, my date would think I looked hot. More importantly though, they wanted to make sure I felt as good as I looked. Truthfully, I felt I looked amazing. I like to shop on a budget but I don’t mind spending a little than usual on something made of high quality material. The staff was also conscious of my budget and at no point made me feel like I needed to buy a more expensive product than was necessary. The store was also really organized and easy to find items. Chris was especially helpful but I was also assisted by Maci, Marli, and Ragan. All of whom were just amazing. Thank you all!

Bad experience with this location. I went in one Sunday to get some clothes. My salesperson was very nice and helpful, although a little pushy about signing up for a credit account. She showed me several pairs of shoes to which I purchased multiple pairs. 1 of the pairs she had wasn't in stock for my size and she told me she would order them for me. Great, I thought. She told me that I'd have to pay for them prior to the store ordering them for me. I'm still confused about this policy. You would think that a store would order and one would pay upon pick up. Reluctantly I paid and salesperson stated shoes would be in on Wednesday. I was also told that I would receive a call when pair arrived. With no response I called and spoke with Chris the store manager. He stated that the shoes I ordered had been delayed by FedEx and it wasn't the stores fault for FedEx delay. He took no accountability and stated the only thing he could do is refund me when the shoes arrive. WOW!!! He stated the shoes would be in Friday and I would receive my notification. Today is Sunday and no communication from the store has happened. At this point they have had my money for 7 days with no communication and 0 accountability. I had so many other options to get these shoes if I had any inclination this would be my experience I would have and certainly will in the future. Buckle has let me down and to see there's no accountability leaves me to question there integrity

Thank you Arianna for your service this morning! She helped me with my return and helped me with some hey dudes for my husband and I. I went in later that day, around 5pm June 15th to exchange the hey dudes. I put them on and I noticed them unraveling. I was sad because I really liked this specific Wendy ones. Well, Olivia the teammate that helped me see if there was anymore made me feel like a thief. She showed it through her body. Didn’t believe me and said I need to talk to my manager about these. I just bought them had a receipt in hand and just wanted to exchange. Afterwards, I just decided to return them. She got an Assistant I’m guessing involved and after finding my number, the other woman said ohh don’t worry we believe you. OBVIOUSLY NOT! She did not make me feel comfortable at all. I know how the system works I worked for buckle for years. I will not be shopping at my local buckle anymore. I am sorry but you do not treat customers with any disrespect and making them feel like they stole these items.

Horrible Rude and very racist Employees, Shop at This store ALL THE TIME. had a return one day and they denied my cash back request for $114 said I needed to get a gift card and not the cash back that I paid.

They are really nice here and I normally find the one thing I need be it a shirt or jeans. I'm starting to age-out so maybe they could create an old-guy section with less writing on their shirts. :) Just kidding.
