I’m starting a business so I came in to my bank that I’ve been going to since I was young. I used to go to the one on 291 and I loved everyone there but for some reason they shut down so I started coming here. I came in to talk about opening a business account and was immediately treated terribly. Vicki Fisk was almost laughing at me when I was trying to explain to her what I wanted to do and when I was trying to ask her questions about what the next steps were to proceed in opening an account she acted like I was stupid, and did not try to help me. Her tone of voice with me was so rude I honestly can’t even believe it just happened. Luckily I don’t let miserable people like this effect me, but in case anyones looking for advice or help in the future, this is not the place to go. I can’t believe someone this unprofessional is the manager.Update to the response from owner:Starting a business actually hasn’t been frustrating it’s been great. What was frustrating was being talked to like a toddler in trouble by your management.

Literally worst bank I’ve ever been apart of. Gave them several chances over 15+ years. Several new cards due to fraudulent charges, terrible customer service, refusing to give me refunds, etc. finally made the switch to community America. Seems like they actually care, and not only want to just take your money. This bank is a joke.

Management is very rude. I would not recommend this bank location. I have recently started going to the blue springs location and they are very friendly and helpful.

Do not bank here! They are stuck in the past and wildly inconvenient. Clerical errors will leave your money inaccessible for weeks on end, and because of their refusal or inability to work in the 21st century it will take even longer to sort the problem. The branches do not work together, and the archaic system they use does not function when working with modern banks.

We have banked here for 18 years. We also have an account at UMB. We highly prefer Blue Ridge because there are shorter lines, better staffing and the customer service is much more personal. When my son turned 16 and began taking his checks in for deposit, they would remember him from the time before and were encouraging in educating him. The Personal Banking Rep is beyond compare and the drive-through and counter tellers are great. When we decided to get a safe deposit box, their selection and availability were better than other banks in the area. This is a larger bank with the feel of a community bank.

I just had the WORST possible experience. Ive had my car loan for the last 2 years with bl7e ridge bank and trust and ive always been helped by yvonne. She was fantastic she helped me resolve any issues when i refinanced my vehicle she was great to work with kept me updated and made the situation easier for me. I went in today to talk about the skip a payment letter i got in the mail. The branch manager, named Vicki came up and immediately after i told her why i was there she rolled her eyes. The whole time i talked to her she had this vibe like she didnt want me there and she didnt care one bit. Absolutely worst experience ive had with a bank let alone the branch manager. I would consider withdrawaling all my products with them strictly because of her.

Best rate if return in checking anywhere, online or local. The staff are great and helpful. However, the using your debit card outside the MO/KS area can be troublesome and online banking has some quirks.

This branch of the Blue Ridge Bank is a conveniently located branch in the Summit Woods shopping area. The lines to a teller or banker are quick. The staff is friendly and knowledge. They offer full service banking.
