Love this place ….. the instructors, variety and workouts!! I have found it to be the best workout for overall body toning, strength, and stretching and mind body health!! Highly recommend - good for athletes too!!

Great place with small classes and instructors that are willing to modify exercises to meet the needs of the client. They want you to succeed! Definitely helped relieve my low back pain.

Jo Schrock is an amazing instructor!! The class is fun and challenging. Feels good to see your own improvement week by week. Just read an article regarding how Pilates can improve one’s golf game.

I have gotten so much stronger since working out at Better Bodies Pilates. The teachers are awesome to work with and really encourage me to push myself just a little harder. I have enjoyed solos and classes. It has been fun making new friends.

Pilates allows me to participate in the other activities that I enjoy doing. I am stronger, have better posture and flexibility. I have taken the variety of classes that are offered. All instructors have been excellent for all levels and classes.
