The experience with this Lees Summit location has been very challenging. I just do not go into this branch. Also my daughter banks here and notified her account manager that she was bringing in a settlement check. The check is a local check from her attorney. When my daughter presented the check at the branch she encountered the bm, whom my daughter stated was rude and closed off from the beginning. She never once looked at the paperwork that was presented to her confirming the settlement. She told my daughter a portion would be available the next day, well the next day comes and there was an extended hold placed on the entire amount! I understand holds but if Brooke Burris would have communicated this up front or even went the extra mile and did some researching the inconvenience could have been avoided and she could have easily taken the check to the local bank it was drawn off of to open an account and at least have a partial amount available to her. Brooke was very cavalier and showed no compassion to my daughter. Who wants to bank with a robot!

This place has terrible service for their customers! Don't bother trying to cash a check and expect to get your money that day! They hold it for for a few days if your account doesn't have that amount in it....geez guys wouldn't you think the person would need that money immediately if the account is low. Also, my husband had his account internet hacked and he couldn't have his money back for a month! Don't bank here! There are better customer services elsewhere!

Samantha & Lori are so wonderful! They're full of information and also patient with people like me who need multiple explanations to understand money. ? I know they've had a tough time with staffing the past couple of years, like so many businesses, but they have consistently worked hard to give the best service possible.

Please update your drive through hours. It shows your location drive through is opened till 5 but I arrived at 4:15 and all windows were closed.

This is the worst bank in the area STAY AWAY FAR FAR AWAY THEY WILL FREEZE YOUR ACCOUNT IF YOU EVER HAVE A PROBLEM AND NOT GIVE 2 SH*** HOW IT EFFECTS YOU FINANCIALLY OVER 2 WEEKS ACCOUNT IS STILL FROZEN WITH OVER 30K IN IT FOR A 500$ DISPUTE

I absolutely love this branch! Everytime I come in they greet me immediately and are always so positive. They take the time to listen to what I have going on in my life and offer advice on all their amazing services to help me get through some difficult times. I had an issue with my account due to a company drafting funds that I disabled and they fixed it that day. They truly go above and beyond for the customers.
