Everyone at this bank in Lee's Summit was very nice to me when I opened multiple accounts. HOWEVER, for anything else beyond that, and went straight downhill; they are just rude and act like I don't know or understand my banking rights and/or laws. Arvest Bank, like a few other banks, love to charge extra fees and do not listen to their clients. RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS BANK ! They are not meant for small to mid-size business.They will steer you away from their branch and send you to a banker who sole purpose is to build banking fee's, sell credit cards, and act better than you! Zero communication skillsIt started when I needed a bank close to Lee's Summit. I went inside to open business accounts and Hank was more than happy to set up my accounts. BUT just ditched me and threw me to Joni Sebus (the worst relationship manager I have ever had at a bank)After their commercial bank took a month to set up, all the checks would bounce with plenty of money inside the accounts causing multiple vendors to bounce their checks to employees causing all around nightmare. So I backed off went with another bank they do amazing.HERE IS THE PART THAT REALLY BURNS ME.I am trying to save money for my daughter's college by putting money aside every month however are charging me 400 dollars a month in bank services, when I do not write a check, wire funds, or make transfers. When I walked inside the branch and told them to cancel, they sent me back to Joni Sebus who knows i took all the money out of the business accounts and do not use or will not use Arvest Bank for commercial banking and canceled service. The only way to get away from the excessive billing is to close the account.So far they have done nothing! don't expect much to change...Banks that operate like this shouldn't be allowed to be in business. Or hire people to help small businesses make transitions which are not focused on selling credit cards and focusing on bank fee'sDisgruntled customerJW

At no fault of my own, had to get a fifth debit cardMy husband and I went to Lee's Summit for a replacement card, I was extremely uncomfortable because the attendant made me feel like a criminal, for having to get a replacement card.

my name is Rilla and I have been with Arvest Bank for over 5 yrs and since I've banked there, there is a manager named David and he is not a very professional person, and every time I go in to the bank to transfer money he leaves me standing for at least 20 minutes and then helps other people while I'm waiting for him to finish my transaction. Recently had a mortgage through this bank but thankfully that’s changing due to refinancing with another bank. Absolutely the worst experience. Loan department is horrible. I won’t mention names but let’s just say after 2 years of having a loan here I was contacted about refinancing through this bank and was told no money would have to be brought to closing then I get an estimate sent to my email of $7k+. I happily declined refinancing through this bank and GLADLY went elsewhere. I wouldn’t do another loan through this bank if the interest rate was 1% My advise would be to seek out better loan officers because your current ones are a joke. Glad I never have to step foot into this bank ever again. The ONLY thing I will say good about this bank is the friendly tellers they were always great.

I arrived on a Saturday 11:50am in the drive thru. Only 1 other vehicle there and I was cashing a check. At 12:25 I was taken care of! SAD!

I have been a customer here for over 2 years. The staff has been unfailing polite, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this particular branch. And I've been quite happy with our checking and loan accounts here. Most especially Ms. Vanessa Lopez went above and beyond in assisting me with our loan support documents. Last year, she streamlined opening a business free checking account for a nonprofit I was the Treasurer of. Ms. Meagan was also extremely helpful in the loan process and made us feel comfortable when we set up our accounts and Home loan. Mr. Paul England has been instrumental in our home loan process and offered competitive products that couldn't be beat. Clearly I'm a happy customer; the staff here always treat me like a very important customer. I recommend them without reservation.
