“Love living here at Cedar ridge apartments,love my cozy apartment office is great especially Christina. Maintenance is great ( Wayne) is right on top of things. There is a big issues with the homeless causeing lots of problems by the front of my place.Other then that my family is happy here.”

“I’ve lived in these apartments approximately 2.5mths. Perhaps I should give this review more time, but I honestly don’t have any major negative complaints. From my experience, maintenance requests are answered in less than 24hrs, my neighbors are friendly, leasing office staff are professional & friendly and I love the prices. I can only give 4 stars because anytime you call the leasing office, they NEVER answer (pet peeve). So, send an email. They’ll email you back within 2-5mins. Parking can get full, but with a front/back entrance to your building, I don’t find it to be that much of a hassle.
Disclaimer: we did have a night of random car break-ins, but haven’t heard anything since. Personally, I think the area is nice and surrounded by essential shopping stores.”

“Moving into an apartment can be a very stressful experience however, the Bluestar Crossing Leasing Office has made it a seamless hassle free experience. My first phone conversation with with the member at the front desk sets the tone for a positive and professional experience. One thing that stood out when I arrived at the Bluestar Crossing Apartments Complex was the cleanliness of the grounds.
The leasing office was very professional, respectful, and supportive. They are genuinely concerned about their residents’ satisfaction. The staff member at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me with getting all my documents together that made me feel welcomed, it’s as if I was her only customer.
She provided clear instructions to my questions and concerns.
I am very excited to moving onto my new home and would recommend Bluestar Crossing Apartments to anyone looking for an apartment.”

“I am going into my third year living here at the Fairways and I have had nothing but positive things to say! The office/maintenance staff are always extremely friendly and quick with anything we may need. I lived here for a year in 2020-21, moved out due to my own personal reasons, made my way back here in 2023 and going into our second lease renewal. These apartments really do feel like home, and are very reasonably priced compared to other luxury apartments around LS. We truly love this place and definitely recommend it!”
