Was there about 3 hours with my cat, staff seem knowledgeable and dedicated. A bit expensive but this is my first time at an animal ER so don't have any prior experience.

Very grateful they are there. My regular vet was maxed out when our aged dog became very ill requiring euthenasia. They gave us all the time we needed. I don't know how the vet managed such compassion and patience because they were busy and we were clearly not the only euthanasia.
