The best experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle! We told Lucas what we wanted over the phone, worked out details of financing ect over email. Lucas has been available for any questions that popped up after we have taken possession of the 4Runner and talked us through it! Incredible service!

Whenever I look for a vehicle, either new or from a previous owner. I only think of going to Adams Toyota. I addition to the Super Personalized service of all the staff in this place, I am sure that I always find a very reliable car and with all the guarantees. Came in for a check engine light and a diagnostic on a noise my car was making. They charged me $160 for the diagnostic and said it just needed tires. Took care of that else where and ended up with another $800 worth of repairs they didn't even find in the diagnostic I paid for! Literally wasted $160 for them to tell me to get new tires. Beyond frustrated with them. Won't be going back.

Bad business practice. I ordered a RAV4 about 3 months ago with options and agreed on the prices and $500 deposit. Today me and son came to pick up, it's turn a basic RAV4 with no option that we're like. Back and forth, I came the manager, Ryan Dill, and he said we don't have a contract and no discount. I am willing to get the car if they take off the options that they charged or ordering a new one for me. There are no option but give me a deposit back. This is not a good business practice. They're think we are stupid and desperate and try to ripe you off some more. My son was very disappointed after waiting that long and the outcome.

I brought my car in for a simple tire balance and rotation. Nothing else. So why did the service department tack on an "environmental fee". I have never been charged this fee in the past for a tire balance at this dealership? So, why???

Purchased a 2023 Venza Limited. Impressively quick deal, only 40 minutes from checking out the Venza, to completing the transaction! Alberto was awesome to work with, he provided a great overview of the tech. He also ensured my Toyota app & Iphone were squared away. This is my 3rd purchase from Adams and Alberto.

I had a very disappointing experience with Adam's Toyota service department. I took my car there for service due to a water leak. I spent a lot of money just for the diagnostic test, and I ended up with parts missing in my car. The answer I am getting from them is they didn't know anything about it, they didn't take it off!!! Well, the part was on there before, and now it's missing, and no one has any idea about it. It is kind of funny to me. Someone must have misplaced it somewhere, and no one is owing it up... Well, after a decade with them, it's time to go to a different dealership for service!!!

Not serios people to deal with, I had my truck serviced and 5000 miles later found out the differential was leaking bad, I took my truck back to them and they just cleaned the spilled oil and retighten the plug. Three days later is still leaking.I was expecting for the mechanics to check the oil level but they didn't do so.I called them to talk to the same guy that attended me the last time but instead it was another guy pretending to be him.I'm done with this stealer, there was more that happened here so enough is enough!

This is the only place I will let service my Camry! Wait times can very greatly, but their estimated time is usually spot on. They keep all of your information in their system, so when the maintenance light comes on they can tell me what my car is needing. The place has free WiFi, so I always work from there whenever I am waiting. One thing to always look at is their coupon section on their site! At least $10 can come off your service. I have never had an issue with them, but have only experience their service portion of the business.

We were assisted by "Tyler" & he was super polite, patient, & friendly! We had some small issues with the document but he was being very helpful & trying his best to assist us. We felt so comfortable & welcome there the whole time.If you are looking for a car, I strongly recommend coming in here & you will definitely be satisfied with their great service!
