Went in to get an estimate for a rear-end wreck ...the kid who did it wasn't through in the least I guess he didn't want to get dirty by looking under car for damage ... until i asked why isnt the bent crossbeam on there .. he said he could write down what he couldn't see... I said did you look under it . . He said no and would take another look .. n yep bent all to he'll... so had I not said anything his estimate would have been off by $2000 quite a surprise for anyone getting the work done themselves and it makes me wonder what else he missed ... and for sure wonder if this is where I should have it repaired

This place has integrity. I walked in and was greeted by nearly everyone in the office. They had found my daughter's wallet off the side of the road, picked it up, and tried to reach her. This easily could have been a terrible confrontation but they handled it with an immense amount of respect and integrity. A sterling model!

I had them paint a new bumper off the car and they paint matched pretty well. It's as close to an imperceptible paint match as its going to get unless I somehow am able to get it painted at the Toyota factory. The laying of the paint and clear coat is identical to the factory painted body panels so light shines and reflects the same way throughout the entire car. They were able to squeeze me in with their very busy schedule and the agent I was working with was friendly and professional. The bumper was painted in 2 days, which is pretty quick considering how busy they are. The price is high, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend. I hope I never have to use them again, but if something unexpected happens, I'll pay these guys a visit.Services: Painting

I was told a number of thing with Jake and then when my car was there none of that was done I was disrespected I was talking to a gentleman about my car, and as we were talking the man as seen in the picture above interrupted well we need the money to get your car so if you’re not paying your not getting your car and I said excuse me, sir, but I wasn’t communicating with you. I never said that you wouldn’t get the money but I just want to know where are you? Do you know what I said for you to interest insert yourself into this conversation do you even know what’s going on or what I’m speaking of if you don’t pay you don’t get your car I said OK excuse me sir. Can you tell me your name no response and I said OK, so you inserted yourself into a conversation but now you don’t want to talk “I choose not to talk to you” was what was said when I said, you inserted yourself in a conversation that had nothing to do with you or you weren’t even aware what we were discussing, nor did you apologize for your behavior but now you have nothing to say to me interesting. . He was rude and disrespectful.I think it has to do with multiple factors, but the first to being that I am young and black and a female so you thought it was appropriate to talk to me that way, so I wouldn’t be surprised if this call establishment wasn’t racist based on that event.

Unbelievably terrible service. My daughter's car was hit & run less than 2 months after she bought car from Adam's Toyota. Their collision service overpromised & way underdelivered. Took nearly 2 months to get her car back & still dealing with rattle & wind noise... brand new car!! Reflects not only on repair shop but dealership as wellp
