Don't use this ATM!!!!!!!! I tried to deposit $570 yesterday. It didn't deposit it into my account, it didn't give me a receipt to say how much I put in, and it didn't give me my money back. I had to file a dispute, which they said could take 5 days to resolve. This was my rent money and it was already late. My apartments charge $50 a day in late fees. This could make me lose my home.

I am very displeased. I came on my break yesterday the lady told me 40 minutes to wait and I was the only person. Today I come in and they are closed at 1pm with no reason. It’s a random Wednesday!

I met Patsy and Carmen when they were doing a promotion to get customers to open a new account. (Carmen was wearing a ping-pong basket hoop on her head, I missed. ~Nioce), so I texted my friend about the credit card offer. She is going in tomorrow to get signed up. Thanks, Patsy and Carmen.

Forrest Bolejack did a fantastic job correcting a processing error by a former associate, which occurred last year. Forrest understood the tax consequences of the error and promptly contacted the appropriate departments. Within 4 business days, the error was resolved, and corrected tax forms were available. His manager, Brett Lillard, was very supportive of Forrester, and together, they provided good customer service!

What is going on with the debit card? I have almost 10k in the bank here and it has been declined since yesterday. I can't even use the ATM. What is going on??? And the phone number to my branch is shut off or something so no one can give any answers.

Remote deposit is a joke. After 3 attempts I went in person. The staff at the Lee's Summit branch are the most incompetent I've ever seen. After making my deposit, my money disappeared. Spent 25 minutes on the phone trying to find out what happened. Finally was told they found the deposit, and it should show up on Friday, or Saturday, maybe on Monday. After 14 years with them, I'm ready to close my account. Just don't trust them. Now, send me your standard apology form message.

Terrible debit card quality, I've had several all have been problematic within weeks of issue and they expect you to pay for the replacement. Customer service is worse yet, apparently no one knows who is in charge or how to dispute a charge.

Every bank I've been banking with calls me if there potential fraud. Them? They just lock my card even though it was me using the card. Didn't find out until I go to use the card and it keeps getting declined by the bank. Yet.. I just got paid. So instead of calling me and asking about said fraud, they lock my card and make mo efforts to contact the card they locked out. No contact to tell me they locked me out of my money. Nothing. But charge me for not using the card, chsrge you for not having enough money in savings, charge you for everything under the sun. But can't call you to discuss alleged fraud on card. When it comes to savings Cents? It'll move money into savings Cents and put me in the negative. Then turn around and charge me a fee for being negative. Wouldn't be negative if your savings Cents didn't make me negative.
