Guy was squealing my tires pulling in and out and putting my wheels on incorrectly they were not holding them flat before impacting down and putting the wheel in A bind you can buy cheep tires there just wouldn’t recommend them putting them on.

I was referred here by family and was told by many that it was a very fast cheap place to rely on. Although the customer service needs work and the repairs were shotty.

Two weeks ago I brought my Kia rondo here thinking it was going to be a 2 hr wait for 4 tire changes and new exhaust. Let me say, the muffler guy moves fast! I was in and out in under 1 hour! Today was a commercial long Chevy van! Wasn’t a bad wait considering all he had to do! Very friendly nice staff and fast! Don’t forget to say hi to Chester the cat too! I highly recommend them for your repairs!!!

I went in because my low air tire sensor was on, I had just aired it up because it looked low. They looked at it right away but couldn't find a leak, he adjusted the sensor and put air in it. They didn't even charge me and it didn't leak again. I appreciate there speed and honesty.
Plus they had a cat on there counter!
Nice people, I'll be going back if I ever need to.

I've been taking my vehicles here for years and Sarah and Dale has always done me right. They're mechanic Jason is the best! He did all my brake work, brand new dual exhaust and installed brand new shocks around my pickup. And I buy all my tires at W&W also. Great service, great prices and really good people with great attitudes. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else.

Definitely appreciate these guys here. Had a tire blow out on the highway on my way to Springfield.To get my daughter from college.They showed up in 20 minutes.Change the tire in less than 5 min... Reasonable prices. Excellent service!!!

Pricing is absolutely rediculous! A used tire $50!!! USED!! And to fix a flat $20 .. as if groceries ain’t expensive enough .. next time i would rather stop at every gas station and add air than pay $20 to fix a flat .. this place is too rich for my blood .. i also need exhaust work done but im afraid ill have to get the diagnostic and donit myself or go elsehwere

Can I give a zero star for customer service?
While on the road passing through we had tire troubles and a gps search sent me here.
When I walked into the shop the workers were all standing around talking. The receptionist acted annoyed to have to break the conversation to help me. She told me to go drive around back to the bay doors. After pulling around through chain link fences and to the doors, I had no one open the door or speak with me. We waited for twenty minutes without any service. Another car pulled in behind me and he tried to get a man walking a distance away to help but no one seemed to bother.
I drove over to Coles where they waited on lunch for me to arrive and fixed my tire in a few minutes!
