“Jeanie went out of her way to research a tracking number for a package that was supposed to have been shipped from there. Her diligence proved that the parcel never had been accepted or sent to the post office, and the fault was on Shepherd Hills Cutlery, not the post office. They never sent the package to the post office, even though they stated that they had done so. Excellent customer service here at this postal facility!”
