I was using their groomers for a long time I will not be ever going back to pet sense ever again unfortunately - I have a shitz ztu had a appointment 10.00 am
Arrived 9.45 am almost close to 4 hours to have my dog groomed unacceptable
I come from Marshfield to Lebanon
They saved my dog for last
They open up at 9.00 am
I can't understand what took so long nor do I want to understand I don't even think they washed my dogs face with shampoo
What is going on they charged me 72.00
That's a little pricey for the service which is terrible! .
Giving. Heads up if you have some place else for your pet do not use the groomers at pet sense the girls do not care !!!!

Went about a week ago to this store and bought a electronic litter box for my cat. Got it home and it never worked properly. I was just told by this store that they don't do refunds and that I can only have in store credit. I am so mad right now. I will never buy another thing from this store! Do not make the mistake of buying anything from here because if the product is faulty they are not going to give you your money back. Never buy anything from this store!

Had Rascal pampered at this location. They took great care of him! He had his nails clipped, bath, and trim. He looked wonderful and was cut just right. To all the staff at Petsence, thank you, and I will be seeing you again!

Buyer Beware: Refunds only in store credit.Bought a heater for a fish tank and realized that the person we were giving it to already had one. Upon returning, they said it could only be given back in store credit. Proof of purchase on an unopened electronic item warrants a full refund.

They should get a 5 however monster how good you are there always room for improvement so they get a 4. Grooming started very knowledgeable and accommodating and friendly. The cashier's up front was also very friendly and very helpful went out of there way and beyond to give me information on name, places and the phone Numbers b because they didn't carry what I was looking for for my doggy. Yes I would recommend this pretty store and groomers

Everyone is super nice here but I'd advise not buying the Betta. When I bought my fish, there was a film floating on the water and he has been sick ever since I brought him home. I would go to Nature's Best, my best friend got her Betta from there and hasn't had any problems with him.Despite the issue with the fish it is over all a great store and wonderful staff

The groomers were great with our great pyrenees. I wasn't sure how he would react with the staff, but he loved them!!! And likewise, they loved him. We will be visiting again this week for more grooming. He will be hard for the gals to ignore when the groomers get done with him. He is already a handsome dude, LOL!!!!
