“If zero stars was an option that would be rating. This was supposed to be the T Mobile Experience. It was definitely an "experience" in all of the wrong ways. Store was not busy and associates talking among themselves. Store greeter asked for phone number so they could call us when an associate was available to help us. Waited 25 minutes and never got call. Been 2 weeks and still haven't got the call. It was a T Mobile experience-- all bad.”
