The worst experience I’ve ever had. Drop taxes off in the middle of January and after multiple calls all we were told is “if their done we will call you”. I finally just picked up our stuff in June and went to a new tax person. Melanie is very rude, very unapologetic about our taxes never getting done. I don’t suggest nobody use her.
