They rang up some of my plywood wrong and it wasn't caught until several days later and they declined to correct it. It seems their barcode scanner faulted. I'd appreciate the overcharged cash back.

Lowes went out of their way to help us. They help load our paving stoves and 25 bags of sand. Saved our backs. 'They were helpful and very professional. Will be back. Thanks

Plenty of things to look at but sometimes the prices are a bit high. Always clean and neat. The aisles in the garden center are a bit narrow for the handicap scooters, as well as the front seasonal display area. Employees are always willing to help and are super friendly.

The Lowe’s in Lebanon is probably the worst home improvement store in the area. As a general rule the staff are unhelpful and rude. Most seem annoyed when you ask for help or walk by you as you are looking for something. On rare occasions, I have had some helpful employees who have helped with discounts and helped in the appliance section but getting help is rare in the store. Today, I came in to buy paver base. The employees were unhelpful. I found the price at the ozark store and the price in Lebanon was 30 cents more a bag and they wouldn’t price match their own store 30 miles away. The Lowe’s in Lebanon is generally more expensive on regular construction products because they know they don’t have competition. If they are going to charge more, they could at least have better customer service!

Would really like to go into Lowes in Lebanon MO and beable to find a customer service person and for the person to have some knowledge of what your needing. Customer service is becoming a thing of the past . It was suggested to me by two employees to look up online what I was needing information on about one of their products in their store. Seriously ??

Bought a washing machine for my business to be delivered today. My business is on google and they had my phone number but they said the couldn't figure out where to deliver it so they didnt. No call or asking of directions, so not delivered. Super disappointed and order canceled. Also our business is on a major highway across from the city park. Super easy to locate. Update: I phoned the number belownas requested and no one knew why I would be calling. Please feel free to use my number on file if you would wish to speak to me.

7am nobody here but, like to make Lowe's pros wait over 20min to pick up a few small items is ridiculous. While employees just stand around and take.
Small town home improvement store. Considerably more expensive than other lowes, let alone your competitors.
I will go here if I need it. But I will go to Springfield or lake of Ozark to save 40% or more most of the time.

I want to take the time and give a great review to Terry. He has gone above and beyond service for me. He listen to my needs and truly went above and beyond to deliver. I would also like to mention a shout out to Eric for helping us with my purchase. These guys especially Terry are grade A workers they made my quest an enjoyable and reliable one. The go to team at Lowe's for help with doors for your home. Thank you guys for patience and understanding. Lowes take care of them they are a great representation of customer service.

Today was NOT a great experience. I came in for 3 things today: air filters, a refrigerator water filter, and a bracket to repair my garage door. I couldn't find the right bracket in hardware, so I when I grabbed the fridge filter, the nice lady there tried to help. But the guys she asked were extremely rude and too busy to stop their conversation and look at a picture of the bracket. Just sent me on to the next aisle where I'd already looked. Still, no bracket. Without even looking at the picture the guy through the shelves, told me to go to garage doors. No bracket there. I went BACK to hardware to ask for help again. This guy couldn't even look at me. Just kept staring at the shelf. I FINALLY got him to look at the picture. He went right back to staring at the shelf and told me aisle 18 lumber. Went to lumber and STILL no bracket.
I should NOT have to work so hard to get the attention and help of an associate when that it's THEIR JOB. Needless to say, I felt very frustrated and left without my bracket. I'll just stick to ordering from Amazon. They may not have customer support associates running around the store, but at least I don't have to feel looked down upon and can find my product with more ease.
