My husband and I live about an hour away. We got preapproved and then confirmed with 2 different people that they had the car we wanted. So we drove there and then get told another person has a pre approval letter also but didn’t pay anything to hold the vehicle but they can’t sell it to us? Bad business. If it was ‘held’ for someone else we should have been told that from the beginning. It’s frustrating. Wasted trip, wasted gas and a waste of time.

I was traveling from New Mexico to New Hampshire and needed the cruise control option turned on, in my old cop car. I started my day just west of Joplin, MO and called about 6 Ford dealers. All had no availability, same day, to program the software. The last call was to Ed Morse Ford and they said they were able to get me in.
I am now driving the next 1400 miles with cruise control. Thank you so very much!!!

We purchased a used vehicle through Alex King and he was awesome to work with. He was with us every step of the way, but never pressured us or was pushy in the least. We knew the exact car we were looking for when we got there and Alex had it ready to go since we were driving from an hour away to test drive. He set us up with the financing girls and we traded in our old vehicle and were on the road with our new car all within 2 hours!

Russell Hedges is an all-a-round great person to know! When it comes to Ford, he is extremely knowledgeable, personable, relatable, and accommodating. Whether it is a fast process or a series of encounters over years, Russell has been excellent at representing Ford and putting our family in multiple Ford vehicles. We look forward to the next purchase as well! This goes for John Roper as well! He and Russell and others at Ed Morse have been great in our 2018, 2020, 2023, and now 2024 purchases.

They picked up my car right on time as well as returned it right when they said. The guy that picked it up and returned it was very nice and super friendly. The service advisor kept me informed about my service and my car. Overall, everyone should be having their cars serviced at Ed Morse Ford. You cannot fine better service anywhere. You can pay less at those fast lube places, but you get what you pay for........less. Shop Ed Morse Ford Service if you want quality service.
