Horrible experience. Had some warranty work done. They had my vehicle for two weeks. They said the work they were gonna do would fix my vehicle. (Work I had already done on my own) I told them that it would not fix it. Got the vehicle back and not even two minutes later leaving the shop it was doing the same thing. Took it back to them and they said they would re look at it. Called them and the said that I don’t know what I’m talking about and would have to go back to the bottom of the list for them to even look at it again.
Took the truck to a new shop and two of my calipers weren’t even tightened down.
Would not ever take my vehicle here again. The service department is a joke and does not listen to customers. My warranty company is going after them for the issues I have had that they don’t even care to try and fix.

Regrettably, my recent encounter with the Graven Chrysler Jeep Ram Service Department left much to be desired. Throughout the process, a noticeable absence of professionalism, dedication to customer service, and ethical conduct prevailed.
Compounding the frustration was the exorbitant charge for diagnostics, which yielded no discernible results. The return of my vehicle with unresolved brake issues only compounded the disappointment.
Furthermore, attempts to address these concerns with management and ownership were met with indifference, highlighting a concerning lack of empathy and accountability.
Following my disappointing experience with the Graven Chrysler Jeep Ram Service Department, I sought assistance from Ed Morse Dodge. Remarkably, they promptly diagnosed the issues using the same information provided to Graven Chrysler Jeep Ram, completing the process in under two hours. Notably, they identified that the ABS sensor harness was rubbing on the B&W 5th Wheel Gooseneck pin, swiftly rectifying the issue on the spot. From drop-off to pickup, the entire process took only 3.5 hours. Their professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication stood in stark contrast to my previous encounter, reaffirming the importance of competent and customer-oriented service providers.
My experience with the Graven Chrysler Jeep Ram Service Department underscores a fundamental disregard for customer satisfaction and a failure to uphold the standards of professional integrity expected in the automotive service industry.

We have purchased three Jeep Wranglers and most recently a Jeep Gladiator from Graven. The Sales are always fair and quick, the Finance equally quick and efficient, and the Service is always friendly and timely. We recommend Graven for any new or used Jeeps.

I can't even begin to express my gratitude to everyone at the Graven Service Department. Our family was traveling to Arizona from New York when our air-conditioning stopped blowing cold air. We had our medically fragile son in the car (who had recently undergone 26 brain surgeries) They took our car right into the service bay and had us up and running in about an hour. Everyone was so compassionate. If I lived in Lebanon Mo. This would be where I would give all my business to.Thank you for your help and your prayers for our son. You all ROCK

Graven's service department is top notch. First experience with them this week, had to have a recall issue fixed. Bill in the service department was super polite and such a gentleman through the whole process! (booking the appointment until he gave me the keys and said "Ma'am you are good to go!"). You don't find that many places anymore. Graven is now my go to! Couldn't have had a better experience!!

Don't waste your time. I got approved by their Chrysler finance for top tier financing at 11 %. Went to another Chrysler dealership in Springfield and was told top tier was at 9%. So basically, shopping locally is a 2% disadvantage. I was told by the other dealership that Gravens would keep the 2% over the 9% so the vehicle would cost me more and they would make approximately $8,000 on the sale.

Lie on the phone and make you wait 3 weeks. I made my requests very clear and they acted clueless to them once i got there it was a problem. Horrible service
