I have been going through Cricket since I moved to Lebanon about a year ago. The guy in this store im not sure of his name but his mom works next door at dollar tree, well he is great. I am a complete re re when it comes to anything electronic and to be honest i have went in the store with some pretty stupid questions and he has always helped me. i am so greatful for him. Thank you to this store for always helping!!!!

I didn't receive a text to give Caleb and Devin a review so I am doing it here. These guys are awesome. They were so kind and helpful yesterday. They set my husband and I up with new phones. Plus, they set our new phones up. They switched all of our files and contacts as well. Then today I had a setting issue and they were fast and helpful to fix it. These guys know their stuff. Thanks for all you do for Cricket and for it's customers!

i am from Texas there visiting and my phone went crazy and went to cricket in Lebanon mo and there was a young man name devan that fixed me right up if i am ever there again i will go in and thank him again very professional very friendly the other employees might need to take lessons from this young man

My husband was to pay his phone bill in another city. However didn't make it in time. Due to the cov. BUT HE PAYED THE BILL IN PERSON AT THIS STORE. ALSO A LATE PAYMENT EXTRA . BECAUSE THE STORE WAS CLOSED.
