Very hard to get ahold of anyone at this office. Also very slow to return calls or schedule an appointment. They need to get more help and focus on the customer.

I’m so thankful I didn’t put any money into this Westside business. After I made an appointment that they didn’t show up for and no call to reschedule and an answering service that is 200 miles away. Then reading some dismal reviews that mostly get deleted I will shop on the other side of the lake probably saving money in the long run.

Hired them to restring some existing blinds in our house. They returned the blinds missing a very expensive battery pack. Had to bug them for months to replace the missing parts. After ordering a replacement they broke the blinds during installation. They are blowing me off around every turn. I'll I'm asking is for them to replace the blinds they broke. They will not return my calls and when I went in person and waited for the owner to show up she refused to address the issue in person, walked away from me, said she would call me back and never did. This was the franchise owner people. Kari is her name. And have been working for 5 months now, I don't think this is an unreasonable request. Buyer beware.

A project quoted for 5 weeks took 9 weeks, only after I called endlessly to get updates and accountability. The office staff is rarely present and uses an answering service, so when you call, the person answering literally has no information. When I finally did receive a call back, the staff was rude and not one bit helpful.I eventually had to call another Budget Blinds store to get someone to help me with the lack of communication from this store. After multiple calls requesting a conversation with the owner, Karie, I did finally get a call and apology… however the service was all around awful. I’ve given my business to Budget Blinds in Kansas City for years and have never had problems as I’ve had with this franchise. I promise you’re better off going to Lowe’s.

I have never ever experienced being told by a business with whom I had an appointment that I was not a priority - until now. But I have been told that every day now since Friday (today is Wednesday), which was when my original appointment was scheduled. They didn't show up, didn't call me to say they weren't coming, and that has happened every day since then. I have stayed at my home all day waiting for them for days , and they have not shown up, nor have they called me. I have had to call them each time. Every time I have reached them they said they are coming, but that if the end of the day comes before they can get to me, then that's just the breaks. Unbelievably bad business, communication, and customer service. It's really surreal.

So disapointed in this company, I had an appointment for 3 and 1/2 weeks. I'm new to the area, have a new home and multiple window treatments needed including 4 sliding patio doors. On the day of my appointment, they called and cancelled because the lady coming for sick. I understand that, but when they called to reschedule they said it would be another month and 2 days!!!I need my windows covered and cannot wait another month. I thought they might at least fit me in sooner since they cancelled me but I guess they are too busy and don't want our business.I called their local competitor that my real estate agent recommended and they will make time for me next week!! In addition they are going to help me with some additional decorating and design!

We purchased Blinds for our entire lake house from Budget Blinds of Laurie. The service and quality of the blinds is NOT up to standards. The people who own/run this don't have anyone to do the repairs and they obviously are not able to do the work themselves. The blinds cords on the blinds are all broken and will not raise.....IF YOU PLAN TO USE YOUR BLINDS DAILY DON'T BUY THESE BLINDS THEY ARE MADE FOR VERY VERY LOW USAGE.The blinds are so bad that we are taking them down since they are all broken (won't open)and budget blinds will not get things serviced.They even put a wrong colored blind up. The blind was side by side with 3 other blinds, she told my wife and I it was the right color even when sent pics from the outside and inside....In short I wanna save other the 50+ phone calls and all the broken promises. Blinds are an expensive investment and I made the wrong choice learn from me.

Horrible experience and spent thousands on blinds for our lake home! We have had nothing but problems with this company and our blinds. Brackets broke, Wrong color of shade was ordered and we had to fight with them to get them to replace it! The cords have broke and shades hard to open. We have had them out several times to fix them and then they brake days later! Their blinds are a joke! We wasted our money and continue to waste our time on having to fix them or take the shades down ourselves! And then they want paid every time they come out to fix them when they never worked in the first place! Your better off getting you blinds from Menards or Lowe’s! Don’t waste you time with this company! Very disappointed!!
