Used them via our insurance when we had a flat tire on May 12th in the middle of nowhere late at night. Had my 8 month old in the car with us and he went above and beyond even dropping it off closer to home for us since we broke down in another town. I highly recommend them and appreciate their kindness

My family and I totally recommend RTS ?%! They were very punctual and helpful in the relocation of our 10X12X14 shed. Delivery, set up and the cost was definitely on point and we are so glad that our friends recommended us to use the service of Ray’s Towing Service who is a family operated company. A big thank you goes out to their whole team!

Removed a camper from the top of my car at no additional charge, another towing company refused due to needing additional money. Ray understood we were hit by a tornado and is taking care of us. Good company with good morals.

If it was an option I would give them 0 stars. The biggest joke I have ever seen in a towing company if you are ever in need of assistance don't call theses jokes call garners towing rays towed a car that was not supposed to be towed after arguing with said lazy owner for 30 mins he figured out he was in the wrong and let use go after calling the cops

Our vehicle, once towed, was robbed. A number of items from the back were missing, including the jack and crowbar that were firmly underneath the panels in the back. Ray's claimed that nothing at all was stolen, and they did nothing wrong.

Dependable guys & super personable. They facilitated a plan to retrieve my vehicle & I from up out of the side of the road & get me up a (black ice) icy hill with a curve. They had me on my merry way in no time flat. I could not have been more appreciable! They went as far as to try to get the county out to that road to salt in order to prevent others from having a mishap. When county declined, they themselves threw some salt on the road to help out in those places that were definitely a wreck waiting to happen. These guys give back to the community so much. I will always keep them on speed dial in my favorites list!
I want to thank them again for being so generous & helpful. THANK YOU!!!

I had the worst time dealing with AR and the towing “regulations and rules” thank God for Rays Towing. After 18+ calls a day with extremely rude companies over 11 days Rays called me and with in an hour my car was off the side of the cliff! Truly wonderful group of people! Thank you!!!! If you live on the border of AR and MO and you need a tow save yourself and call RAYS!!!!

Had a blowout on exit 7 off of Hwy 49 today. Triple A sent Rays towing. Our serviceman was so quick and helpful. He truly had us back on the road within 20 mins from contacting Triple A. Thank you Rays!!
