While visiting my mother in Lampe, I shop here & was delighted to see the store's improvements since my last visit, more than a year ago. The store is well stocked, clean, & organized. The clerk, Violet is friendly, efficient, & helpful.I complimented her on the positive changes of the store. Thank you, Violet

It's closer to home than Walmart with most everything you need from fresh food to frozen pizza milk eggs to chips and popcorn then superglue to airfreshner laundry soap dishes toys and medicine and so much more.

All I can say is Dollar general really got lucky with their new manager they just put in the store. She has cleaned up the store so well within the short amount of time she has been here. Along with her staff another young girl that works in the morning time I'm sorry I did not get names but I do have frequent conversations because they are very friendly amongst the workload that they have to tackle. Their customer service is very friendly they're very attentive if they are not at the register they are always working hopefully Dollar general sees them to be a benefit and pays them accordingly to keep their store thriving. Good job ladies you deserve an increase in pay and you deserve to be told that you were doing a great job.

It's always a pain to redeem digital coupons here. Otherwise, the store is handy to have close.

I am giving a 1 star because I am unable to give 0. The store was unsafe to walk through product was lined against shelves. This is a injury waiting to happen. The shelves where they were stocked were a disaster. The front of the store where the clearance is looked like a lazy yard sale. When I got to the register I had to ask for help.

The manager in this store is absolutely the most rude person I've ran into. Not only do you have to wait five minutes at the counter for her to come to the register. It's like she doesn't even want you to spend money here! Very inappropriate attitude towards customers. What a shame for a small town.
