I have the option to make my payments over the phone, by text, or online. Very convenient. I get text messages to remind me when my payments are due, so I'm not late. If I have to delay a payment a couple days, I can call the store and they make note. Very easy to work with. Liz has always been very professional, but treats me like I'm part of the family. She recognizes me when I walk in the store and calls me by name. She is direct and to the point. Great person to deal with!”
