While our Walmart is close to my home, and use it on occasion, I find it annoying and an inconvenience that the doors to the garden area closed, without a sign to at least state "use main entrance", just like during Covid. It's easier to access this are for many reason, one is clearly parking. The parking near this door is easy to use and then gain access to the store than the main entrance. Second is getting to items I would mostly use: garden, pool, hardware, etc. So if they don't wish to use the door, put signage or board up the doors.

If you go early in the morning, you will see many of the same folks working year after year, and they recognize you and say HI which is a great experience!

I went to Customer Service to ask a question to an answer I already knew. I was instructed by an Apple Investigator to see if WalMart would refund the cost of the gift card. I did as instructed per Apple. There were two customer service representatives present. Both were older women. I began to ask one of the ladies what Apple instructed me to ask. Before I could finish my sentence, the other older lady, cuts me off in a rude manner and tells me “No! WalMart doesn’t provide refunds on gift cards!” I tried to explain that I was only doing as I was instructed. Before I could even finish my words, she interrupted me again and repeats herself in a rude manner. I said, “Thank you” and walked out. I knew what the answer was before asking but I had to follow the instructions I was given so Apple could refund me the money. They were only trying to prevent double payment. I understood where Apple was coming from. I contacted the Corporate Office to file a complaint. The representative apologized for the behavior of the employee and stated they would send a report to the manager of the store. I received a 12 second phone call from “Chelsea” to call her back. I didn’t call back until Monday. When I called, I ended up with someone at Customer Service. This time it was a male who told me she was busy and he would give her my message. Days last by, and I called again. I contacted someone at customer service again as it was the only option to make when you click on for the operator. I was told “Chelsea” was on vacation. I contacted the Corporate Office again and told them of the incident. The lady took my complaint again and provided me with a case number. She said they would forward my complaint to the local WalMart. It has been over a month, and “Chelsea” or the Corporate Office has never called me. This is not an isolated incident. This store has major problems with their customer service staff. They have atttitudes and do not care about their customers or even their jobs. The management is unresponsive and allows such behavior to occur.
