went in and the cashiers were not at the main check out so i went to the photo check out and they treated me as if i were dumb. didn’t accept card which i realize is not their fault and i totally understand, but they were very rude about it and belittled me. young teenager with black hair was super sweet about it all but the older bigger lady with red hair was rude.

They team lead Wendy was very unprofessional and looked like she just came in from a hard night of partying. Wendy was very rude and unhelpful. Waits 10 minutes for her to come up front. Then when Wendy got there she had an attitude. The line was getting long and Wendy refused to help me with my issue and told me nope I’m not doing it n walked off. Gonna call the store manager and district manager. Wendy should not be in the position she is in. Wendy can’t figure out simple questions and got an attitude with me in front of other customers. I was speaking to Wendy and she walked off and say no I’m not going to do it bye. Will never go to that store again. I see why the have a rating of 2. I shop at Walgreens for all the things I need cause it’s convenient. However, I will never shop at this point again, and I urge everyone to never shop at it again.

Absolutely rude. Hippa violation asking a patient for their medical history in front of patients in line. For a flu shot. They can’t fill prescriptions timely and when confronted they hang up on you. CVs is more accommodating.

Called to inquire why my perception cost was so high. I was advised there was no insurance on file for me. I use Walgreens nationwide, they have my insurance on file. I was advised to bring my information in to figure out if insurance would cover the cost as the person was too busy giving flu shots to take my information over the phone.

Less than one star Rude belligerent and hung up on me because they couldn't refill my prescription because they were out. No apologies it was my problem to deal with. They told me to find some place else to fill it.

I would give this place a zero!!! horrible customer service. Especially the pharmacy department. They had me wait 40 minutes to get my covid shot as the lady who was supposed to give my shot was sitting in the back talking bad about a previous customer.

Just had the worst experience at this Walgreens with the large, bald, male clerk working the photo section. After waiting in line an excessive amount of time to receive my photo order, instead of checking me out right there, he made me go to another line and checkout at the main register instead. All I was purchasing was the one picture so checking out in the front of the store made no sense at all and was a huge inconvenience.

Prescriptions are never ready in a timely manner. They do not start filling it until you talk to them. Communication is so poor its not worth going here.

My family and I have been coming to the Lake St Louis Walgreens since the store opened. We understand how many people they serve in a week and yet, the Pharmacists and staff always do their best to make sure we get out prescriptions filled in a timely manner.

If I could give Zero star I would definitely would love to do so. I always had a very bad experience with the pharmacist. For some reason the are having an issue with their system and not able to find my insurance card details. They always has to talk to my insurance and have to find out the correct information. For them to do so I have to wait or have to come back to pickup my prescription. However, this time they cross all the limit of rudeness I asked a pharmacist to call my insurance and get the details but they said we cannot call them as we are about to close in 15 minutes. So, I called my insurance from my phone but the pharmacist do not want to talk from my phone. She was so rude and has ZERO respect for their customers. She was a pharmacist store manager. I would now never go back to this store.

I would give ZERO stars if I were given the opportunity. 3x this year alone I was given times that my prescription would be ready. Drive up and wait in line for 20+ minutes. Only to be told that I will have wait till the next day to get my medicine. So really it takes 2 days to fill a prescription. I will never go to this Walgreens again and I am having all my prescriptions handled through CVS from now on.CChr

I set up an appointment for my second shot for shingles. First they told me I was 10 minutes to early and that I would have to wait an additional 20 minutes. There was no other people waiting to get shots.! Then they told me I was 2 days too early to get my second shingle shot. I went by what they told me when I received my first single shot.this store is very unfriendly and not helpful at all.Also, there is never any help in this store.never any help at the resister.
