Absolutely rude. Hippa violation asking a patient for their medical history in front of patients in line. For a flu shot. They can’t fill prescriptions timely and when confronted they hang up on you. CVs is more accommodating.

Called to inquire why my perception cost was so high. I was advised there was no insurance on file for me. I use Walgreens nationwide, they have my insurance on file. I was advised to bring my information in to figure out if insurance would cover the cost as the person was too busy giving flu shots to take my information... read full comment
