This was our first experience with Treats Unleashed. We have a 5 month old Morkie (Mila) and they recommended the face, feet and fanny package to get her used to the grooming process. Mila did fantastic, her groomer was amazing and we are looking forward to her next visit in 4 weeks to get her full grooming done. She smells and looks wonderful. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals and us as the owner with our wants/needs. Super happy to have found an amazing groomer for her from the start.

She has a cottoney coat and really needed it to be sheared. She did a fine job.

They always do a great job at the Lake St. Louis location. My long haired dachshund got groomed and is all ready for spring.

The store employee at the time (dang it! I wish I caught her name) was fantastic and super sweet to my pit. She helped me with what I needed after our self bathe session since my pitty was so excited trying to plow through everything and get all the treats with the zoomies.my pit knew how to work his charm too and got 2 free treats out of her ?

Walked in tonight with my 110 lbs Rottweiler (not an easy task) to give him a bath right at 5 this evening. Was told the tub closes an hours before the store. The store closes at 6 this evening. She would not let me give him a bath even though I was there within the time frame she stated. I will definitely be finding another store for my puppy. Disappointing….I take him there regularly for self washing

Used the self washing station, didn't need an appointment. They have 2 wash stations with different shampoos, brushes, treats, ear cleaning solution, and lightly scented mist. I wish they had nail clippers but otherwise they had a good setup. Waited a bit to check out but that wouldn't stop me from returning.

I took my pup up there for the first time just for nail clippings. She is scared to death of the dremel but the vet tech was insanely motivating and accommodating. Moo got her nails done, got rewarded greatly by the super friendly staff, and we had a really, really nice experience. Thank you to the staff and please continue serving people with friendliness and respect :)

Took our little poodle mix here to have a groomer closer to home. We were very happy with the service we received. Mariah did a great job with our little girl!

After having a horrible experience with another groomers down the street, I was welcomed here with a smile! Staff is friendly and courteous! When I brought luna in for a bath they even took time to meet and greet luna to get acquainted before taking her back. The booking process was easy and she came home with a smile and great spirits! Excited to have her here for our grooming needs going forward!

Skye’s first haircut went so well. She looks gorgeous and she was happy when I picked her up. Will definitely be coming back.
