The guys at the Lake St. Louis location are so friendly and very professional. They made sure to greet me when I pulled up, and then while I was waiting to pull into the first bay, another worker came over to check that I had been helped. Then while receiving the oil change the employee who was helping me was attentive and very helpful. I will definitely be coming back again.

I went early on a Saturday morning with a new to me vehicle. They were extremely helpful to my situation, explained everything to me, were patient with my situation and helped me get my car started off on the right track. I appreciate the extra efforts especially when it turned into a busy morning with only 2 people. Thankfully someone else came in to help them as I know I had a lot of extras done that were time consuming. I will be back for regular maintenance! Desiree was so sweet and kind!! Thank you.

I have been bringing all of our cars (4 in total) to this location over the last 8 years and have always had excellent service. Everyone is polite, explains all services, and offers coupons/discounts when available. I never feel pushed into any service. They also are typically very fast, unless of course there is a line which can occur at times, but which isn't the norm. Highly recommend!

Great service being it Black Friday and all!! I needed a battery as mine died and had to be jumped to get to jiffy lube and thankful they had my battery in stock as I drive F-150 Platinum;, so wasn’t sure they would but they did!!! Thanks everyone here

This location rocks and goes the extra mile. I’ve had issues getting my tires rotated by multiple locations due to my running boards. The guys here were able to find a way around them and get the job done, along with replacing my battery and an oil change with no wait. Highly recommend and shoutout to all the guys there especially Connor who was informative and patient with me as I know zero about cars.Services: Tires

Had a cover come loose on the bottom of my car. I was worried I'd have to replace the whole piece. They fixed it quick and easy and very cheap. I will be getting whatever auto work I can done here.
