“For some reason it seems the staff is always in a bad mood. They have okay prices on tools but never know what you're going to get. I bought a $40 wet saw for tile about 10 years ago and that thing is still running and making me money. I also bought a $100 electric drill and the second time I used it, it started smoking really bad and burnt the motor up. It's kind of like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get.”

“Coming from a Lowe's fan, I was highly impressed and satisfied with my experience working with William aka Curly!He has shown great customer service and was very knowledgeable when it pertained to the tools I needed assistance with. I actually came in for a second time today (03/31/22) looking for some materials for a new wall project. I wasn't expecting to run into William, but I was really happy to due to the lack of knowledge some of the other employees showcased. I came in for one specific item and left with a high recommendation for a completely different and better material option. Thanks Curly for your customer service. “The store appears to well stocked. But notice that some not heavily used (bought) items have been placed on the online only. On tools, I prefer the touch, feel them. So much can be determined by feel when it comes to hand tools. The employees, when approached, are very friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't know an answer, they ask a peer for advice. One of the associates told me the Lowes is replacing the MyLowes program with an awards base program.”

“Great service, but I would recommend keeping appliances in stock for purchase. We found the dishwasher we wanted but nothing is in stock so we went to Lowes who had it in stock. Another customer wanted a fridge and did the same thing. In 30 minutes you lost several thousand dollars, with such high loss due to theft you would think Home Depot would stock major appliances especially when they are on sale. Protip if you shop here for appliances expect to order and wait or just go to Lowes and get it same day.”

Prices are standards as the other stores but good place to check if a specific item isn't at the other stores. Friendly staff helps to find items and check you out quickly. Parking is good and plenty of space.”
