Goin Postal is the best for all your postal needs! Jayda, who waits on me the majority of the time, is always smiling, helpful and has a wonderful attitude! Everyone there does! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I dropped off a package here almost 2 weeks ago. Was going from lake St. Louis to earth city in St. Louis. I called them multiple times for help and they just blame usps even though usps was never given my package from there local store. I even asked for a reprint of my receipt and they told me they cannot reprint them that they don’t have access to complete that request. I went to the local usps office that picks up there packages and they did confirm with me that there driver scans all packages from pick up locations because if they didn’t they wouldn’t be paid for it. The store won’t offer any help and just keep pointing fingers at usps. I wouldn’t reccomend as I will have to not file a police report for a stolen / lost package. USPS won’t allow me to file a missing package report due to them never scanning in the package.

For those that haven't been to this business in a while, it's been completely revamped is under new ownership and offers a completely different level of service and professionalism.
A wonderfully modified service presentation features FRIENDLY, DETAIL-ORIENTED staff and ongoing dependability that I can't recommend highly enough.
Weekly mail deliveries arrive with an accompanying Email, and smiles when I stop in to pick up my correspondence. 19 recent Xmas-related packages ordered and arrived with no questions or problems of any kind to make our holidays seamless.
Great work from the local family that stepped in and continues to change and deeply improve Lake Saint Louis' vital business operations.

I dropped a package off Tuesday and paid for 3-day shipping via FedEx, almost $30! Only to find out when I stopped in to get the tracking # a few days later, that they shipped it the day after I dropped it off for 6-day shipping via FedEx. They are pocketing the extra money and lying about shipping days! So much for packages arriving on time. So sad. My package arrived Today :(
