Great, fresh ground coffee. One of my favorite places to stop for coffee. Although I was very disappointed this morning. 9:30am I go inside and decide I want a breakfast griddle but chose to make my coffee first. Made my cup of coffee, then proceeded to go pick up my breakfast griddle. And within the time of me making my coffee. They pulled every breakfast sandwich and put lunch out..... at 930 in the morning.... Extremely disappointed after I went online last night and was literally reading reviews of the breakfast griddles...

It seems that they are not open 24 hours anymore. Prices have gone way up even for the cheap candy. Every person has different hours for when they open and close. I tried going in at 5am on a Saturday just to find a note on the door that says they open at 8am. The new owners suck.

I have had one encounter with a worker that wasn't pleasant. Other than a few that has worked there, the other ones have treated you like family. They tried to have small talk or to just talking in general to get to know the people they were serving I would've given 5/5 but I didn't want that person to lose their job because I know how people need their jobs and you never know what people are going through. I do wish that person the best and I hope that person knows I'm praying for them. For their life to change or just a have a small victory in their life that could change them forever.

This has to be the worst gas station.. You never know if it's going to be open or if it's going to have gas or if it's going to have soda. The employees that are working are overworked and don't really seem to give a s***.

This location is a little rundown and outdated. They could use a remodel and provide more convenience items. (Like Quiktrip does)...But also they are always out of regular Coke, which I don't understand. Go across the street to the McDonalds Phillips 66 for a cleaner, better experience.

Been coming here for decades. great staff, but it's time for a remodel and especially a new carwash. Love the staff and selection of drinks and snacks though. Carwash does such a bad job we stopped using it a year ago.

You should never go to this location ever. I just left because I the worst customer service in my entire life. Lady beyond the counter was rude, condescending and arrogant. Told her to keep my stuff and have a nice day. Then she proceeded to keep saying rude comments as I’m leaving the store. Girl should be fired.

Stopped by the store today that i frequent almost everyday to be denied servicen for not having a mask on. The employee working at 2:10 sunday August 9, 2020 was extremly rude and while being so rude she was just putting her mask on behind a plexiglass shield. I was filling my denali up ($75) and going to purchase some sandwiches as well. I will take my bussines else where from here on out. Sorry to disrupt your employees smoke break. It is not mandatory in Lake Saint Louis to wear a mask. My choiceto wear or not to wear a mask.
