“Some of the best customer service. I ordered a set of wakeboard bindings that ended up being out of stock. I called today to find out when I could expect them to ship. I was told that my bindings were out of stock and they were trying to find another dealer. Got a call back within a couple of hours saying they found a set in another state that they were having sent to me. The guys at wake effects did not have to go out of their way for me but they did. Highly recommend this place to everyone”
“Updated the review to 5 stars now that they have reopened the dressing rooms!Love this place but 4 stars since their dressing rooms are closed for "health reasons". Since we live 90 minutes away, it's really an inconvenience.”

“Emily was top notch on customer service. She was busy rearranging racks of clothes but stopped what she was doing multiple times to help me find what I need as well as helped me with multiple trips to the fitting room. I interrupted her working at least 5 times and she was super helpful and never felt once that I was bothering her. Customer service like this is extremely rare. She's a keeper!!!”
