I tried calling the pharmacy to ask a quick question, but their automated system won't even let you speak to a person without leaving a voice-mail first. I would rate zero stars if I could because that is asinine to turn what should be like a 5-10 minute phone call into an hour long waiting game.

Got a solicitation from CVS saying that they had the latest Covid vaccine booster. Set up an appointment for yesterday at the Osage Beach CVS #04080. I got there and was told they had no one to administer the shot because the pharmacist broke her finger. OK. They re-scheduled me for the next day (today) and I showed up for the appointment for the assigned time of 930 AM. The man I was dealing with said that they just opened and were too busy to give the shot. I said I was rescheduled for this time due to the injured pharmacist. He started going on about how they aren't staffed properly to give vaccines and he was going to reschedule this to another location. When I told him that location didn't have the booster. He walked away and came back a minute later and said he hadn't been that this location for 4 months and his credentials had expired so he couldn't give the shot. He also started ranting that this was the last time they would be doing shots at that location because he was sick of it. He told me he would rescedule me at another location but never did. Never using CVS again. Never.

Tried calling to ask about my sons prescription multiple times only to be hung up on by a store employee when I did get through and then have them not answer the phone when I called back 3x. Unacceptable customer service.

Every time I want to buy something from this store it’s closed. Very inconvenient for a convenience store to open at 9am. Never able to purchase before work. I wish Walgreens was in this location.

Emily was so very helpful with the issue I was having in the photo dept. Greeting me when I came in the door,very friendly staff!

It would be nice if the employees didn't act like I was inconveniencing them to check out and pay for my merchandise. Hate this store. Only shop here because it is what my insurance requires.

Having the entire pharmacy shut down for lunch doesn't say much about their customer service when there are generally at least two or more people there. If a person shows up at 1:29 and a half pm, they are ignored, and the gates are abruptly brought down in their face. When this happened to me, I waited around for half an hour because driving home and back would have taken longer. When I questioned why they shut down entirely for lunch when there are several people here? Why can't they rotate like most businesses do? I was abruptly told. "Sir, all of the pharmacy's in this area close at 1:30 for lunch." This didn't really answer either of my questions. Then I was abruptly told. "Sir, I worked for 32 years without taking a lunch, so I'm happy to get one." At that point, I just took my stuff and left. I guess she really didn't owe me an explanation. Except for the fact that I'm the customer. I'm also a responsible man, so if she'd have said that, there are laws that require every pharmacy to be closed at the same time. Or, Pharmacy Techs aren't allowed in the pharmacy without the Pharmacist there. I would have been satisfied.

Clean store, lots of different goods from fragrance to skincare to all around beauty supplies. They also have a nice pharmacy department, as well as snacks, drinks, candy & drinks & spirits. The register receipt includes helpful savings on their goods.

I called my Dr on Friday for a script for my husband. Not one word from CVS . I called again on Monday, they still had no clue about the script. My Dr said it was sent out on Friday. Not a word from CVS! I changed pharmacy ! I shouldn't have to go through this at my age, 74, I deal with my husband and his dementia every day!

Pharmacy is horribly understaffed and has been for a long time. The people try their best but the entire thing is hinged on one single person. Fun fact: Cvs paid back $10.9 Billion to shareholders last year.

This is the best CVS store that I have used for items and pharmacy. I have used locations in Kansas and Missouri and I vote Lake Ozark THE BEST!!!

Wish I could put zero stars. Sick at home trying to get my prescriptions refilled. Used the app but then it messages me saying the order was canceled. Been trying to call for 3 hours but no one answers the phone just hold music and constant reminders to use the app.

So today I went into CVS Pharmacy Lake Ozark MO. I had tried to reach them by phone to no avail for a week. Spent over 40 mins on the phone one time with no answer, didn't stay on that long when they weren't picking up the other times. We have used this pharmacy for at least 10 years and had been very happy with the service. My husband and I are seniors and have multiple complicated medical issues. The pharmacy has been influx sense their pharmacist left and a new crew came in. They say they have staffing issues so they have closed the drive thru which we used most of the time. They aren't answering the phone and they aren't doing flu shots. Quite a mess! So when I went in I had several issues to discuss. One med they tell me they are having problems getting it. So I say I'll contact my Dr and see what he wants me to do? This pharmacy suggest that I just switch to a similar med. I say no I want to check with my Dr. He gives me a smirk like you poor stupid lady. And I loss it! I say he's not a Dr turned out he was? So he says. I say well your not my Dr and you don't know my history! Words were exchanged but no foul language. I do have a loud voice which goes up if I'm upset! He proceeds to come out from the pharmacy and tells me that if I ever talked to him or the staff (which I didn't say anything bad to staff) that he will call the cops and have me arrested and taken to jail never to return to this pharmacy! Now I'm a senior citizen riding a motorized cart! Really??? So I left and have now switched pharmacies. We spend $100's a month with them which he didn't care! When we went to the other pharmacy they commented that their were others switching. I certainly won't go back!
