Character counts when choosing the right sales person. Today we were on a demo in a Black Fin with Chad. While out on a demo, our salesman, Chad and us noticed a boat that seemed to be stranded in the main channel. Rather than driving by and leaving the stranded boaters to figure it out, Chad took the time to check on them, and even towed them to their dock. Some salesmen would have just driven by and focused on the sale, but he took the time to stop and assist. It was a great reminder for our niece and nephew to see that it’s one’s character that matters. . . Not just the sale. Thanks, Chad!

The employees were very knowledgeable. We were checked in right away. The boat was clean and ready to go. One minor issue, the front door did not close properly. We put a cooler against it so that our three year old didn't notice. Otherwise, we were on the lake with plenty of life jackets in no time!

Boat rental booking was very easy, the booking agent was very pleasant and helpful. The staff at boat dock were very nice, helpful and efficient getting us launched and out for lake fun

This marina has the best staff. They easily switched my reservation due to bad weather in the morning, and just had an all around easy time renting a boat and jet ski from them!

Joe McBride at Big Thunder was the most informed and professional sales manager of all the dealers I dealt with at the lake, Big Thunders service department went above and beyond to accommodate me, even giving me a ride back to their retail store to obtain title / registration papers.

Service is not at all good and not even responding to emails. I have rented a jet ski and something got strucked in the middle of ride and I have paid the amount for fixing that.
Now the question is I have asked for a service report when it was inspected last time and they are saying now that it is a brand new one.
