“The other day was my first time coming to this branch. I wanted to ask about opening an account. When I came into the building and walked over to the desk this sweet banker named Alexa, gave me a nice warmed welcome asking me what I came in for today. I asked her questions about the services they offer, and she politely gave me a few options. She answered all of my questions perfectly and came to the conclusion that I wanted to open an account today with them for my daughter. As we were finishing setting up the account, the banker made sure everything I wanted was set up!!!!! Alexa really made my day and gave such a good impression. I loved her attitude and I will definitely be coming back again and referring you guys to my friends. Hopefully I will get Alexa again for future survives. She was amazing.”

“First, Mazuma is awesome!! Someone tried to access my account at 1am. Mazuma fraud department text me to alert me, they locked my card and I had to go into the branch to get a new one. Someone was trying to access my account while I was in the phone with them. That’s when I met Theresa Jones. She not only got me a new card, but also had me to put a beneficiary on my account and told me about opening a CD account. I’ve been with the credit union about 8yrs and hasn’t been told about either!! Thank you Theresa for being on top of things for me. Thank you mazuma for catching the attempt on my account.. Awesome personality Theresa has.”

Not sure what the other guys problem is with holding his deposits for seven days mine are good the next day”
“The tellers at the 291 & 40 highway are awesome. The ATM can be very frustrating. So basically go there during business hours and ignore the ATM if possible. Will add the ATM is contacted through someone like Brinks, Loomis, Well's Fargo not the bank itself.”

We had our account hacked with our debit card and they were very swift to handle the situation and resolve the problem. We were able to pick up our new debit card at the next business day.
