Ordered a box of assorted meats. Tried the sirloin steaks last night. These were the worst steaks I've ever had! Very tough and not a good flavor.

I signed up for a monthly box with the promise of filet mignon "forever," as long as I have my subscription. I primarily ordered steaks, and they were mediocre, but acceptable. The price was high, and a friend in the industry told me that it was too much, but that I was not being ripped off, wholesale, so I kept my subscription going. My most recent monthly box arrived, and it did not have the filet mignon that was promised to me "forever." I called Moink, and I let them know that they had failed to send the filet mignon, as promised. They apologized, but told me it wasn't "worth it" for them to send me a single steak to make up for THEIR MISTAKE. When I pointed out that this was a bad business practice, to prioritize and publicly declare their bottom line was more important than their customers (and their failure to meet their obligations to their customers), they just continued to tell me that "it wasn't worth it" for them to send me that single steak that they owed me. With a clear understanding of how Moink treats their customers, I am mediately canceled my membership. Never again. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

The meat is not good. The bacon has a weird pull to it. We tried their " NY strip steak" and it is more like a skirt steak that is very tough. I do not recommend. Stay to your local butcher

Ordered online. Super WOW. Unbelievable story. Super good meat. Thank you for an alternative to the corporation's poisoned meat and possibly foreign owned! Please keep up the great work! I will order again.

My husband and I saw Moink on shark tank and decided to give it a try ! We are so satisfied with the meat we ordered . The shipping was fast and all of the meat still frozen when we received it which was great because we live in a rural area! The quality of the meat is fantastic, haven't had anything we haven't liked yet! We definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to try it out!

Going on probably our second year, I think? This meat is DELICIOUS compared to store meats. I don't think I had "tasted" a hamburger for a few years until I ate a ground beef burger with Moink ground beef. Reliable source of ethical meat that tastes great! I love it. My favorite is probably the pork roast, which we make into bbq and makes my mouth water every single time.

Found this through the Drinking Bros Podcast. Just before listening to the episode my wife and I were talking about how meat was tasting weird and we decided to try it out once we heard it. We love it. Some of the best meat and we look forward to every box. I had some steaks missing from one order. I emailed Moink and within 24 hours I was credited for the missing items. Truly a great company with good clean meat. I just bumped my orders up to every other week. Thanks everyone at Moink.

worst steak I've ever had!!! Friend invited me over for a steak dinner at his place. we've been friends for years so I had to tell him the truth about the poor ole tuff cow he served me. Save your money and shop locally!!!

I just started my subscription with moink a few months ago. I wanted to give it some time so that I can decide if it is was I was going to continue the monthly subscription. I can say that the customer service is excellent. My requests, questions or concerns I have brought up have been answered. The meats that I have ordered: bacon, NY Strips, Filet mignon, Salmon, chicken, jalapeño hot dogs, pork chops, hamburgers, and ground beef. I’ve tried them all and compared to groceries meats, I can say that the meats taste better than grocery chains meats. I like the way it is delivered, fully frozen. I also like their buying options for small and larger family size. It is affordable for my budget. I am very happy with Moink. Thank you

So far, so good. I love their bratwurst and their steaks are so tender! The burger patties are bland. Can use a bit of seasoning. I haven't cooked the bacon yet so I can't tell if they're good or not.
