Great experience! Went in for an ID/OD inspection and they got it taken care of promptly. Front desk was super nice, and they have some toys laid out if you end up needing to bring your kids!

took my car for an oil change and due to their quick lube it got done super fast and right! unlike other automotive shops they didn’t take advantage of my lack of knowledge with cars and try to sell me services i didn’t need. they only mention things that need immediate attention. great place, prices and trustworthy techs!

I took my car to get a simple tune up and a check up, because i’m going on a road trip soon, and they didn’t screw in one of my spark plugs correctly. a tune up is such a simple job. my car started breaking down the next day so i took it to another mechanic, and he informed me that they messed up my tune up and my 4 cylinder car was working on 3 cylinders, my car could’ve been in much worse shape if i hadn’t gotten it checked out right away. also they tried to charge us 550$ for a transmission flush, after charging us 345$ for a tune up, that they didn’t even do right.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my car here for a state inspection and after receiving my failure I was quoted over $1,000 for the fix. I decided to get a second opinion due to my previous years experience and took my car into a shop in Warrensburg and was quoted $650 for the same repair. This was all in the year of 2023My suspicion of this establishment was peaked after getting work done a year prior 2022 and after telling my buddy (who is a mechanic, just lives in another state) and he immediately wanted me to come down to Arizona to get the work done and told me how badly I was ripped off. I decided to give them another chance this year and it seems they were ready to take advantage again. Beware of this establishment and make sure to get second opinions.It’s also worth mentioning that the mechanics at mainstream left oil stains from their hands all over the interior roof of my car and mud on the floor after the inspection. When I got it re inspected at the shop in Warrensburg not only did they not leave a mess but they put down paper floor mats to ensure they wouldn’t. Minor details like that should matter in a company.

If I can, I take my vehicle to Mainstream! They have served me well since they opened--very knowledgeable, trustworthy and fair pricing. On my latest repair, they were up front about the wait for repairs, but they still had my truck fixed much sooner than I expected.

Had en electrical issue I had no idea how to solve. This was the only place I could find that would work it within a reasonable time frame and a price I wouldn’t have to take out a loan for. The problem was fixed within a couple days and I was only charged for the time the spent on it and no more. Honest people doing honest work.
