My experience with Lock n Key was exceptional! I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a storage unit or moving truck. The service was friendly and very helpful. Jevin worked with us on being flexible with our move-out date and gave a military discount.

We've been renting two units from Lock 'N' Key for a couple of months. Every encounter with the owner/manager has been pleasant. It's a secure storage with a coded gate. They have security cameras and it seems to be well lit, although I've not been there late often. I feel like my belonging are safe. That's the goal. They also offer a military discount which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend.

I want to brag about Lock ‘N' Key in Knobnoster, Missouri. I was there because I was helping a friend move on a short time restriction. They did have reservations which was great, but they also ended up needing to change their reservation. During the entire process JEVON was extremely helpful, very pleasant and he went out of his way to help us girls with getting the car hauler and trailer hooked up to the trailer hitch. It was a very cold snowy day with ice on the trailer hitch. Not only did Jevon come out and help us but he did the hooking up for us girls! He also helped and instructed us how to load the car on the car hauler trailer!
