Great place to stay if you just want to get some sleep. Quiet, not bothered. Rooms are small but quaint. Kind of reminds me of a cottage instead of a hotel room.

Bathtubs clogged toilet don’t work dirty comforters. Imma cry! But the lady on duty was very nice gave us new comforters.

No ammenities,,,not even a darn paper cup.NOT handicap accessible. Steps in entry and bathroom both.America's Best Inn in Knob is much nicer with amenities and all at a much better rate. Coffee pot, shampoo, cups, etc...I will never get a room at Laci's again.America's Best will get all our business from now on.And much nicer staff too!!!

We stayed here for one night after visiting the State Fair. The room was bare bones, no frills, but it was clean. We didn’t have soap on the sink, so we asked the lady at the front desk. She was rude about it and had to “check,” just give us a bar of soap! Checkin was easy via text, you get a code for your room. After the State Fair, we came back to rest. As we were getting ready for bed the smoke alarms kept going off. We could hear it in multiple rooms! I took ours off the ceiling and took out the battery to make it stop. Cheap motel, you get what you pay for.

Reserved online got there was told nothing reserved. We tried using a card a book a room there was told cards would not work. Got online set up best western in Burg and oh yes great stay easy check inn perfect breakfast. Lacis was reserved got itinerary in email. Waste of time and travel dealing with this place what a joke

The woman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, even went out of her way to assist us. Room was a cute little room & was very clean. It even had a microwave and mini fridge in it which was great!

Lets see no Wi-Fi at all the tv didn't allow my PlayStation 4 hook up to the tv. I was in room 123 looked good when we got there but a baby mouse came running out the bathroom to a hole by the tub. The trash can was nasty as can be. The guy working there over the weekend said Wi-Fi is fixed but bc the router is up front it had a weak connection and wouldn't connect unless I was in the bathroom..

Called first time was told 59.99 for 2 bed. Called back and made reservations and after card was charged was told I payed 64.99. After fighting the lock to get in room I knew I wouldn’t be back. Stains on sheets with patch jobs. Microwave only has 1 button that works. Smiley face carved in tv screen. Tv only has 1 channel and it’s Disney channel. I’m 22 yo. I don’t watch Disney anymore. This place ain’t even got a single cup coffee maker. Expectations only go up from here as far as motels.

Super clean! No bugs, nice soft beds, good shower with lots of hot water. Needed 2 or 3 small cosmetic things fixed in bathroom, wish there had been shampoo stuff, and smelled like mothballs but other wise a great stay!

No one was in the office when we arrived. Had to deal with everything over the phone. The air wasn't turned on, so the room was hot and stuffy. When it came time to go to bed...the sheets, blankets and pillows all smelled like mildew. I won't be booking a room there again !
