AVOID THIS LOCATION:
On two separate occasions I've come here and the person working at the front desk closed the part of the post office where I needed to buy bubble mailers. The customer service is poor and the person I interacted with always talks very condescending to me. Like it's my fault lol
This location sucks and I hate it.
She told me if we didn't close it (mail material section) early the. people would just buy like crazy at close.
So you mean to tell me that "we closed it early to prevent people from buying things they needed"
She then gave me the instructions to use a priority mailer and told me pretend that I didn't know I had the wrong mailer.
She literally told me to use the wrong kind of mailer, which didn't have bubble wrap in it.
The self kiosk doesn't work well either.
If you go south 2 miles to the Sappington branch it is a world of difference.
Close this branch USPS.

Every time I came to drop off a box, my experience was good.
No issues with anyone working here. Workers are under a lot of pressure in this industry. Here, they seem determine to finish the task quickly and efficiently!
Arrive here close to when they open if in rush or generally like a chill atmosphere.
Usually there is one person at the desk.

I needed to mail a large envelope and the guy and the counter had nothing but attitude. I was the only one there and he was rude from start to finish.

Tracy is verbally abusive. She needs to be fired. I stood in line to drop off a package. I got to the counter and tracy took my package and threw it on the empty counter next to her. I politely asked her if I could get the package scanned. Then she went off on me. She yelled at me that I didn't ask for it to be scanned and said she will only scan it is I ask for a receipt. This is not the first time she has yelled and condescended me for no reason in front of a line full of customers.

Went in today to drop off a package. The line was so long, and only 1 person working. Ray was patient and kind with everyone, and so personable and helpful! He is the kind of employee every business owner hopes for! Thank you for your kindness, Ray!

Can not believe what my eyes have read!! ? this women TRACY! SHE'S IN ALL THE REVIEWS 5 years back EVEN!! How is she working there still!! Sadly to say to rude as can be she rolls her eyes at you even thou I was being respectful an calm she didn't respect me or my husband. She needs to gone honey!!

I came in on 11/14 around 1 o’clock it was busy. They only had one employee (Ray) working and there was a long line. As I was standing in line an older woman came in pretty loud kind of rude as well. Idk if she had early dementia or not but Ray was just so sweet and patient with her. You could tell her daughter possible caregiver was embarrassed. He made sure she knew it was okay. He handled the busy rush even tho he was alone flawlessly, giving everyone his full attention. He gave me exceptional service and I hate going to the post office but I will only be coming to this location now thanks to Ray. Give that man a raise he deserves it!

I attempted to submit my infant son’s application passport at this branch, but on first attempt, was told I needed an appointment in a snarky and aggressive tone. I scheduled the appointment and returned with all of the paperwork I had been requested to bring only to hear (from the same employee) that I needed both the original birth certificate AND a copy. When I asked if they had a printer or copier there to use, she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and told me they have no printers… at a USPS branch. Then when I asked if the copy we had for her would suffice, she snapped at me for cutting her off which never happened. We then were told that our appointment time would be held for us if we went to print a copy of the birth certificate and returned. We did that and returned only to hear (from the same employee) that she can’t do these on her own when she’s the only one working and she claimed to have no clue where her coworker had gone, so she couldn’t help us for at least another 2 hours. All of this with my wife and 6-month old child in tow. Never coming to this branch again as the treatment we received was astoundingly bad

The passport agent (apparently she’s the only one at this location-per her) is very rude. We showed up at 330- no one behind us in line and we’re told she ‘didn’t have time to deal with this today’ even though we had all the paper work and picture already done. And there is a sign right next to her that clearly states that passport things can be done until 4. Do not recommend this location for passport needs.

I hate coming to this post office!!! Tracy is very hard to work with especially when you don't know how things work and she's talking to you as if you're a child. Everyone else has great customer service. Every time I deal with Tracy,I leave with my blood pressure boiling. It's sooo frustrating!

Friday 11/17. 12:30 went in post office, the counter lady was starting to do something in the store area and continued to do what she was doing as the line formed. After about 5 minutes she came over to weight on us, gave us a dirty look, so rude. Then she acted like we were idiots as she told us we needed to go to the post office on Taylor. Inexcusable behavior, won’t go there again.

Understaffed, most of the employees that are there are rude and act like your a bother. I was standing at the counter, no one around, then this black woman comes out from the back, walks past me and doesn’t acknowledge me, look at me or anything. Finally I say excuse me, where are the forms to stop mail delivery, she shoots me the most angry look and says they’re behind the counter and doesn’t offer to give me one. So I ask, can you give me one please, acting bothered she grabs one, tosses it on the counter and turns and walks into the back area. They should fire everyone there and hire some people who want to work.
