Website says the store doesn’t close until 630. When I walked in at 5:35 they told me they closed at 5:30 and couldn’t accept my Amazon returns.

This location is mostly fine, but don't let them try to upsell you on priority mail if you're sending something to a P.O. box that must go through the USPS. I had to send a passport renewal application which contained all kinds of sensitive personal info, and was told if I paid extra for priority mail, it would arrive within 3 days. Turns out the tracking number says it will take an entire week. Was told I can't get a refund for this "priority" mail charge. Don't fall for this.

horrible customer survive on a cold morning like it is today turning multiple customers back out into the cold when there hours clearly say 7am is when they open and it’s 10am and when you walk in they hatefully say there closed.

As no reflection of this stores operations. UPS Online states they offer Notary services but they do not and say they have not for years.

Tis the season for online shopping returns, which are fairly easy when the company provides a shipping label. However this was my first time getting a UPS return label and I took it to this store which is close to my parents.I say, avoid this private owned UPS store-they charge unnecessary rates for basic things, just drive a few miles to another store. $2.00 to print out your free label provided by the merchant.I called to other UPS stores and they didn’t even charge to print out a label that you have.So, I hope that $2 really helped achieve your goals for the beginning of the 22 fiscal year.

Website says this location offers Notary Services, and when I went in to get a letter notarized the person at the front desk told me this location doesn't offer any Notary Service. They offered a solution by telling me to go to a bank, but wasn't clear on where, they also didn't know of any other UPS store that had a Notary since a lot of UPS stores don't have a Notary Public. So now I know, some places do and don't offer the service, and for the next time to save myself a trip by calling up and asking.

Absolutely the only ups store I will use in the area. They are super helpful with every single detail. Always package perfectly and I get compliments on how well my items are packaged. The best place to ship hands down. They don't over charge for everything like other places, even other ups stores charge a ridiculous price for the simplest things. This UPS store is the best and doesn't try to squeeze every penny out of you. 5+stars
