I sold something on eBay for the first time and had to get a printing label and ship with a tracking number etc etc etc… and I was so stressed out about the whole process! The folks here were so helpful and professional, holding my hand through the process and it was so fast and easy and stress free! Highly recommend this location and this team!

The employees at this location are always friendly and fast. The owners are not as on the ball. The hours posted on google are consistently wrong. Today, we arrived at 5pm, since google said open until 6:30. However, a sign on the door said they close at 4pm. This is the second time this year this has happened to me.
Google offers unlimited, free, and simple access to store hours, and other location info. It takes a certain kind of owner to decide that a better place to let people know you are closed is by a sign on the door. A little late at that point. Owners, please, ask one of your younger workers if google is used by many people, and if so, how to update your store information. You will be surprised how much fun, and efficient, the 21st century can be!

Staff member Dan was particularly friendly and helpful to me. He recommended and facilitated me sending my package to Canada via a cheaper way via the US Postal Service, with the help of UPS.

Website says the store doesn’t close until 630. When I walked in at 5:35 they told me they closed at 5:30 and couldn’t accept my Amazon returns.

This location is mostly fine, but don't let them try to upsell you on priority mail if you're sending something to a P.O. box that must go through the USPS. I had to send a passport renewal application which contained all kinds of sensitive personal info, and was told if I paid extra for priority mail, it would arrive within 3 days. Turns out the tracking number says it will take an entire week. Was told I can't get a refund for this "priority" mail charge. Don't fall for this.
