The Kirkwood location is horrible. The customer service is horrible. The prices are incorrect. The staff don’t understand the registers.

The heavyset white lady with red hair and lots of tattoos is very rude to customers. She was coming through the aisle I was in with a dolly full of boxes and told me in a very snotty tone of voice to move. I told her she could've said it nicer and instead of apologizing, she opened the door to the back room and loudly made fun of me to her coworker or coworkers. Now, I have worked retail before too and I know that some customers can be rude jerks. But I had not been disrespectful to her at all today or any other day, in fact, today was my first time seeing her. Everyone has bad days, but not cool to disrespect customers right in front of them!

Target in Kirkwood, MO is my go-to store. This evening’s checkout experience was not up to the usual standards. My checker barely spoke nor made eye contact with me; in fact, turned her back on me during checkout and talked to the checker across the aisle. When she bagged my liquid dish soap, the fliptop was opened and spilled all over everything else in my bag. This is not the norm for this store. Checked out courtesy probably needs to be remediated.

I witnessed this manager being beyond rude to a lady at pick up. I was standing by the produce and I couldn't help after watching her roll her eyes and be extremely rude. Her name was Melissa short rude Mexican lady!

It's one of the best targets in the area. The parking lot is much better than the one in Brentwood. Usually, there are a lot of options and not out of stock compared to others. I do love that this location has ab Ulta Beauty inside it. It's pretty neat! The staff here are friendly. The fitting rooms here are much nicer as well. I only took off one start because the check out lines can become extremely long. I will say they had more cashiers here today than they normally do. I hope that continues to happen. I will also add that they have way more options in the meat department compared to the Brentwood location. Until next time...

I frequent this target. It's almost always well stocked and on most occasions the staff is friendly. It's clean and offers a wide variety of products. Their pickup is three to four times faster than Walmart. The adjacent Walmart has made us wait up to 40 mins for a pickup. I don't think we've ever waited more than 10 minutes.

I just left this Target after walking inside and seeing the checkout line. It amazing to me that there, and I counted, 40 people waiting in line. Guess how many registers they had open? 3. This happens all the time. It’s absolutely baffling to me that the store is allowed to be run like this. The money you lose from people like me who are unwilling to wait in line for an hour far exceeds whatever you would be paying more employees to work the registers.

The pick up is in the back of the store, which is kind of inconvenient. If I need this, I would've just selected drive up. All the employees were very nice and courteous However, they did not check Security tag so after I picked up my pickup order and got home, there is a security tag still on my bra, so I had to drive all the way back up to get it removed. Big inconvenience, especially with the extremely high prices in gas.

Why are pick ups at the back of the store now? Kirkwood store pickups are no longer at the front of the store. It’s a long walk to the rear of the store. Very inconvenient!!!!!

I purchased an air fryer. After opening, I immediately noticed it was damaged. I returned to the store and the two team members I interacted with were extremely helpful and pleasant. It was hassle free. Great customer service on the return experience.
